Senior Vice President
Adam is a senior vice president at Colliers. Previously, Adam was a principal at Podolsky Circle CORFAC International, a boutique full-service commercial real estate firm, that merged with Colliers in 2019.
Adam represents both entrepreneurial and institutional owners and users of industrial and office property. Additionally, Adam has also developed a specialty in advising not-for-profit organizations with their strategic real estate initiatives. Adam has facilitated transactions valued in excess of $350 million.
Adam’s attention to detail, financial acumen and high ethical standards are the cornerstones of his business practice. Adam has earned a reputation as a staunch advocate for his clients, while being positively regarded by his industry peers.
In 2010, Adam received the industry’s prestigious Frank Mahoney Award of Excellence, which recognizes leadership, community service and brokerage success to an individual with less than seven years of experience. Adam was the 2017 recipient of CORFAC’s Olen Monsees Award for his commitment to the organization’s mission and vibrancy. Various projects Adam has worked on have been nominated for the Greater Chicago Food Depository Awards, as well as the NAIOP Awards for Excellence.
Adam received his degree in Real Estate & Urban Land Economics at the University of Wisconsin – Madison’s Grainger School of Business. Post college, he obtained his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, which recognizes leading experts in commercial investment real estate.
