Director | Preconstruction Services
As a Director of Preconstruction Services, my efforts at LCK are focused on the front-end phases of project management. My expertise in due diligence, site analysis, budgeting and cost management is leveraged to accelerate the planning, design and procurement stages of our projects.
I have the ability to prepare comprehensive development budgets and line-item estimates with a high degree of accuracy at all design phases of a project, which means that our clients can plan their projects with confidence from the beginning and rely on us to monitor the project and program budgets throughout all design iterations.
I have provided cost management services both as an owner’s project manager and independent cost consultant, giving me a unique perspective that serves as a value add to LCK clients. I take pride in focusing on accuracy and detail-orientation while leading teams through the design and procurement process. Nothing pleases me more than working closely with clients and seeing their vision become reality.
I have managed the masterplanning, preconstruction, and financial aspects for the development of a 600-acre campus for a single client. I have authored white papers on construction market realities in South Carolina, one of which was published by Colliers International, and oversee LCK’s research platform and twice-yearly Construction Trends Report.
Prior to joining LCK, I led the estimating and cost management efforts for multiple publicly funded building programs valued in excess of $500 million.
I am the recipient of the Colliers | SC and LCK 2018 Management Services Award, 2019 Service Excellence Award, 2019 Rising Star Award, and 2021 Innovation Award.
My professional background includes work in construction management, material supply and cost management. I have worked with a diverse portfolio of clients providing continuous cost management and project management services along with detailed estimates, budgetary studies, third-party reviews, value engineering, reconciliations, management of entitlements, and market research.
I graduated from Clemson University with a bachelor’s degree is Construction Science and Management. During my time in college, I also earned a 30-hour OSHA card in Construction Safety and Health. Since graduation, I have also earned the Certified Cost Professional (CCP) designation from AACE International.
