Mr. Dybala has extensive experience in right of way valuation including easements and partial acquisitions for eminent domain purposes. He has appraised real property located all across Texas, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Louisiana, Virginia, West Virginia, New Mexico, and Utah for large infrastructure projects including pipelines, high-voltage electric transmission lines, and highway expansions. Right of way valuation clients have included major oil and gas companies, public utility companies, individual investors, state highway departments, and various municipalities.
Mr. Dybala has provided expert witness testimony for condemnation proceedings in Harris County, Liberty County, Polk County, Orange County, Hopkins County, Jefferson County, and Johnson County, Texas.
