Adam Coppola joined Colliers International in 2004 as an analyst in the firm’s Capital Markets group. He is involved in the analysis, underwriting and placement of commercial mortgage loans on office, industrial, retail and multifamily residential properties with life insurance companies, CMBS lenders (conduits), credit companies, banks and other lending institutions. Adam works closely with clients and capital sources in arranging permanent, construction, bridge, mezzanine and equity funding. Prior to joining Colliers International, Adam spent four years as a senior fund accountant with State Street Corporation in Boston.

Colliers International recently announced its Capital Markets team facilitated the sale of and arranged financing for 17 Story Street in Cambridge’s desirable Harvard Square neighborhood. First Cambridge Capital purchased the .32-acre site from 17 Story, LLC for $16.1 million.
