As a Senior Property Manager within the Real Estate Management Services (REMS) division, Abby manages a diverse portfolio of industrial, industrial flex and office space in the greater Indianapolis area. 

Her industrial portfolio consists of over 3.5 million square feet of industrial/industrial flex properties serving over 190 tenants; her office portfolio consists of over 500,000 square feet.
Abby’s role has enabled her to experience the full spectrum of asset oversight ― operational and maintenance direction, portfolio and facilities management, budgeting and financial reporting, vendor contracts and project suprevision, leasing, tenant relations, large capital improvement projects, and emergency response. 

Abby’s current focus includes Shear Property Group, which encompasses new construction oversight and management for bulk industrial sites, and management of the building owner’s existing 34 building portfolio.

Prior to joining Colliers, Abby was in the financial industry including over 8 years of banking and mutual fund experience.
