Acceleration Program
Combining formal training, on-the-job work experience, professional exposure, and one-on-one coaching, this program accelerates the careers of new-hires, especially recent grads, ensuring you have a solid foundation of knowledge, skills and experience, as well as a growing network.

A series of monthly broker development webinars. These hour-long panel discussions feature Colliers’ top professionals across North America. They provide insights into critical topics, such as establishing value and metrics of success. An on-demand learning program supplements these webinars to assist new brokers in developing the skills they need for success.

Colliers’ North American mentorship program is open to all professionals, and participants can be involved as a mentor, mentee or both! Enjoy the opportunity to connect with a mentor who can offer insights, advice and guidance. Mentors enjoy the opportunity to give back, becoming a stronger leader while refining skills.


Colliers recognizes the importance of supporting our professionals in achieving their goals. This program is available to all employees across North America and runs all year long, offering a variety of events each month. These include career coaching sessions, LinkedIn Learning, suggested books and podcasts and regularly scheduled career development panel discussions as well as educational webinars on topics such as networking basics, maximizing your digital presence, navigating remote work and leadership.

This Workshop helps company leaders develop strategies that increase inclusivity in their planning, day-to-day operations and general leadership. Workshop activities include identifying and discussing the traits of inclusive leaders and how to have inclusive conversations with team members. Participants create and share their accountability plans that outline actions and behaviors they want to commit to as an inclusive leader.

Partnering with LinkedIn Learning, this customized and comprehensive program supports Colliers’ high potential people managers. Participants complete a combination of engaging, relevant and effective online training modules plus taking part in discussion groups and live interaction workshops. Topics of focus include employee engagement, emotional intelligence, effective coaching as well as communication and influence.

This customized learning tool is available for all employees. More than 800 internally produced materials blended with LinkedIn Learning courses provide thousands of hours of learning opportunities.

Small peer groups gather to engage in meaningful conversations about topics of interest. Each participant watches a brief podcast or video before each session. The group then meets in an environment that fosters open and honest discussion. Topics include understanding microaggressions in the workplace.

Provides annual learning opportunities to all employees to increase their understanding of what diversity and inclusion is at Colliers.

Provides practical insights and tips on topics such as preparing for difficult conversations, delivering impactful feedback and good documentation processes. Interactive sessions feature real-life scenarios to help managers apply this information to their everyday roles.
