During a HQ relocation assignment, we faced fierce competition from Apple and Google on literally every building of interest. Our relationships with the key landlords, coupled with our negotiation expertise enabled Omnicell to secure their ideal building at competitive terms. Nitto Denko America tasked us to renew its lease at more favorable terms, along with much needed interior improvements.
