Philip began his real estate career at Logan Commercial in 2003, where his creative marketing efforts and grassroots approach to client contact generated over 200 sale and lease transactions, totaling 550,000 square feet. He served on Logan’s Broker Advisory Board, providing strategic direction and current market expertise.

Medical real estate expertise, insights and results
While I was at McShane Development Company, Julie was the lead listing agent to lease 101 Medical Office Center, an 80,000 SF medical building in Phoenix. Julie and her team leased space to several large medical tenants during a recession. McShane later sold the building. As a testament to Julie’s expertise, the new owner, Estrella Health Center, retained Julie and her team as the leasing agent.
We worked together again on the VA Outpatient Clinic in Gilbert, Arizona. She and her team located ±9-acre land sites that met the needs of the VA and assisted in the selection and acquisition, providing value insight. As a result, McShane was awarded the build-to-suit development of a 60,000 SF outpatient clinic for the U.S. Dept. of Veterans Affairs. We relied on Julie’s expertise to help secure the award.
