JEFFREY DONNELLY Jeff leads a team of investment sales and debt/equity placement specialists in national and international assignments. He originates client relationships; negotiates exclusive agencies; directs comprehensive underwriting/analysis of real estate projects across all real estate asset classes; and executes offering memoranda for debt, mezzanine debt and private equity opportunities. Jeff joined Colliers in 2015 after several years as the head of the New York Real Estate Investment Banking desk at DTZ. Earlier, he was a Principal at Spectrum Capital Partners, Founder and CEO of Pillar Asset Management Company, and a Senior Vice President at Emmes Asset Management. Jeff also worked in real estate and real estate finance in Russia. Jeff earned an M.B.A. in Finance/Real Estate/Entrepreneurship from Columbia Business School and a Master of Philosophy in Russian and East European Studies from the University of Oxford. His Bachelor of Arts degree came from Columbia University. |

DMITRY LEVKOV Dmitry joined Colliers International in 2011 as a broker in its New York office. He currently helps clients source both debt and equity for projects across the U.S. as a member of the firm’s Structured Finance Group. Before joining Colliers, Dmitry launched a fund, Gramercy Trading, where he managed a long/short U.S. equities portfolio and 120 traders both domestically and overseas. He also oversaw personnel hiring and training, and supervised offices in U.S and Russia. Earlier, he spent time in trading at Nomura Securities, Bear Stearns and Cantor Fitzgerald. Dmitry earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance from Pace University. He is fluent in Russian, holds a Series 7 license, and has completed all CPA test requirements. |
