Director of Operations
Erika Palmer is Director of Operations for the Colliers Nashville Real Estate Management Services group. In collaboration with regional directors, market leaders, and property managers, Erika ensures that clients receive the very best service Colliers has to offer. The team implements Colliers best-in-class procedures at the property level in order to deliver exceptional and consistent service to our clients and their tenants.
Erika has 20 years of progressive work experience in Commercial Property Management. She has first-hand knowledge in guiding assets through their life cycle from building acquisition, stabilization, repositioning, and disposition. Erika has a strong disposition for financial analysis including preparing annual budgets, reporting monthly performance, preparing annual reconciliations, and tracking capital expenses.
Prior to joining Colliers, Erika served as a Managing Director with Cushman & Wakefield in Baltimore. There, Erika worked to drive best practices and corporate compliance across nearly 5-million-square-feet of office and medical office product.
Senior Property Manager
Over the course of her 17-year commercial real estate career, Angie has established a reputation as one of Middle Tennessee’s premier property managers. She focuses on retail and industrial management, and has serviced a diverse client base. Angie places importance in developing a deep understanding of tenants’ priorities and needs. One of her favorite aspects of her job is visiting tenants to learn about their business goals. Colliers was pleased to bring Angie on-board through a 2015 merger with Vision Real Estate, LLC.
Angie graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology. While she didn’t expect to pursue a career in property management, Angie is glad that she fell into the world of commercial real estate. After spending time immediately after college in residential real estate, Angie became a leasing agent at Grace Development. She expanded her portfolio when she joined ProLogis as a property manager. Notably, Angie represented First Industrial. She most recently was a member of the team at Vision Real Estate, LLC.
Senior Property Manager
Dede currently manages more than 750,000 square feet of office, warehouse and distribution facilities. She is directly responsible for budgeting, rent collections, expense approvals, lease administration and service requests. She also creates and maintains building polices and procedure manuals for tenants and owners.
Senior Property Manager
Phil Ehrlich is an Executive Vice President and Partner with Colliers International I Nashville, where he leads the retail property management group for the firm. He has 33 years of experience in property management in a wide range of roles, with 25 years of that experience exclusively in the retail sector. Phil came to Colliers in the summer of 2015, when the retail brokerage and property management firm that he co-founded – Vision Real Estate – merged with Colliers Nashville. His base of clients has ranged over his career through six states in the Southeast. Phil and his team manage a portfolio that includes ownership by national institutional investors, regional investors and developers, and local owners. Phil’s management team works in partnership with the retail leasing group at Colliers, which is the largest retail leasing team in the Nashville region.
After graduating from the University of Southern Mississippi with a BS in Business Administration, Phil joined the US Air Force. He was stationed at Mississippi’s Columbus Air Force Base from 1983 to 1987. Phil launched his corporate career as Coordinator of Facilities Management for the State Board of Regents, then moved into a position with Deloitte. In 1992, Phil was promoted to Director of Asset Management and Development with Weston Companies. He then served as Executive Vice President of Mission Properties until co-founding Vision Real Estate in 2001.
Currently managing more than 1 million square feet of office, warehouse, and retail space, Scott brings over 30 years of facility management experience to his role as a property manager. He has extensive experience in building operations, including: maintenance, security, energy management, preventive and predictive maintenance programs, as well as budgeting and project management.
Lindsey currently holds the position as a facility manager for more than 140,000 square feet of office and warehouse space. She is responsible for facility maintenance, budgeting, and invoicing.

Assistant Property Manager
Shari joined the Colliers Nashville team with fourteen plus years of broad-based commercial real estate experience. Shari has proven in-depth knowledge of property management and accounts payable practices. As Assistant Property Manager to the Colliers Nashville Real Estate Management Services group, Shari works directly with clients and tenants, implementing Colliers’ best-in-class procedures. She is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations involved with managing commercial real estate property. The Colliers Nashville Real Estate Management Services group currently manages over 4.5 million square feet of commercial real estate space in the Nashville area.
Before joining the Colliers Nashville office, Shari worked as Assistant Property Manager for Shorenstein Realty Services. In that role, Shari worked directly with property managers to ensure receivables were kept current, prepared monthly variance reports, and worked on annual budgets. She also collaborated with vendors on service requirements ensuring vendors met contract compliance. Before joining Shorenstein Realty Services, Shari worked for CBRE, Inc., as a Real Estate Services Coordinator.
