Managing Director, Project Management
Chris Neese joined Colliers Nashville in August 2018 to launch and direct the firm’s new project management division. Bringing extensive entrepreneurial, project management, and economic development experience, Chris is uniquely suited to advise clients/tenants through the construction, occupancy, and closeout processes. He will act as the owner’s representative, guiding clients from lease through occupancy. Chris will manage all vendors involved in tenant build-out or renovation, including general contractors, architects, commercial movers and more. The addition of an in-house project management division allows Colliers Nashville to provide a more holistic client experience. Across the US, Colliers International has more than $6.5 billion in project management work under development.
Previously, Chris served as Chief Operations Officer for Strategic Hospitality, the restaurant group behind prominent Nashville eateries including The Catbird Seat, Patterson House, and Pinewood Social. Before joining Strategic Hospitality, Chris was Chief Operations Officer at Community Hospitality, LLC, where he helped grow the company from one location with 45 employees to 7 locations with a combined 280 employees. His entrepreneurial experience includes ownership of BUZZ Entertainment, an artist management company, and AAAG, a group that specialized in acquiring capital for commercial real estate developments. He also helped VantagePointe Investments develop assisted living facilities and multifamily properties across Middle Tennessee. Notably, Chris led the Cheatham County Chamber of Commerce as Executive Director from 2009 to 2013.
A native of Brentwood, TN, Chris earned his bachelor’s of business administration in management at Nashville’s Belmont University. He is heavily invested in giving back to the Middle Tennessee community and is co-founder and past president of the Society of Leaders in Development (SOLID). Chris has served on the boards of Leadership Cheatham County, The Regional Chamber Alliance, Middle Tennessee Tourism Council and PENCIL Metro Nashville Public Schools Career Academies.
Senior Project Manager
Brandon joined the Colliers International | Nashville’s project management team bringing with him extensive knowledge of the construction industry. His experience includes the completion of over $525 million in domestic and international notable projects consisting of office, industrial, manufacturing and aviation developments. He specializes in ownership representation advising clients’ during every aspect of the design, construction and occupancy phase of the project. Brandon focuses on start to finish project management that includes maintaining the client’s vision, on time delivery, within budget and desired safety and quality standards. His in-depth knowledge of the construction industry and management experience makes Brandon an asset to the project management team.
Prior to joining the Colliers Nashville office, Brandon worked for Utopia Building Group as Director of Construction Management overseeing the day-to-day operations of the division. Before joining Utopia Building Group, Brandon was Superintendent for JE Dunn Construction where he managed significant projects; 2 Franklin Park, MNAA’s International Arrivals Building expansion and upgrade project and MNAA’s Baggage Handling Systems baggage make up and improvement project.
Brandon has a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Western Kentucky University where he played football during his 4-year college career.
