Charlotte assists clients with portfolio management, leasing strategy, asset valuation, disposition, site selection, and acquisition.
Since launching her real estate career in 2005, Charlotte has successfully completed over $330 million in leasing and sale transactions. She demonstrates meticulous attention to detail and a proven track record of serving her clients’ needs in a timely and efficient manner.
Prior to 2005, Charlotte was employed by Bissell Hayes Realtors in Charlotte, NC. She graduated from the University of the South (Sewanee) in 2001 with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree. Charlotte is an active member of the Sewanee Alumni Association. She is also an avid supporter of the Land Trust for Tennessee, a non-profit organization focused on preserving the unique character of Tennessee’s natural and historic landscape and sites for future generations. Charlotte has served as Education Chair on the CCIM Board for 2013 and 2014, and currently serves on the local NAIOP board.

Doug Ryan joined the Colliers team in November 2014 bringing with him more than 20 years of broad-based commercial real estate experience.
As Executive Vice President in Office Brokerage, Doug provides landlord and tenant representation with a focus on serving clients as a trusted advisor, navigating the complexities of real estate transactions and bringing clarity to corporate leases. With partner Janet Sterchi, Executive Vice President, they are widely recognized among the top brokerage teams and advisors in Nashville’s commercial real estate industry. Doug and Janet have both independently received NAIOP’s Nashville Broker of the Year Award.
Previously, Doug worked for CBRE as First Vice President specializing in landlord and tenant representation for office product. Before joining CBRE, Doug owned his own real estate consulting practice where he advised corporate clients on the development, planning, entitlements, and zoning processes of their projects. He also provided services for office leasing, retail leasing and land sales. Prior experience includes working for Cushman and Wakefield’s Office Services Group in Detroit, Michigan.
Doug holds a Master’s in Urban Planning from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

Having been involved in various aspects of the real estate profession over the last 10 years, Shane assists clients in achieving investment objectives when leasing, purchasing, developing or disposing of commercial real estate assets. He has been actively involved in transactions totaling more than $500,000,000 in total consideration, and he helps his clients navigate the complexities inherent in commercial real estate transactions. Shane’s experience in the market, coupled with his client relationships and extensive network, allows him to serve clients in a way few others can in today’s competitive marketplace.
Shane currently serves on the Board of the Nashville Downtown Rotary Club, is a member of the Occupier Advisory group in Colliers International and is also an active member of Woodmont Christian Church.
Brian Casey specializes in identifying comprehensive, cost-effective solutions for diverse client needs. He offers an extensive background in leading local and national companies in the implementation of strategic plans across their real estate potfolios. Brian joined Colliers International’s Nashville office team in winter 2017, bringing 5 years of prior real estate experience.
A 2011 graduate of the University of Alabama, Brian studied marketing with a specialization in sales. After launching his commercial real estate career at the DC offices of NAI KLNB, Brian entered the Nashville market in 2014 as an associate at Eakin Partners. In addition to his engagement with industry organization NAIOP, Brian is an active member of the Delta Waterfowl Foundation and Midtown Fellowship Church.
In spring 2018, Mike Driscoll relocated to Nashville from Milton, Massachusetts, to join Colliers. Working alongside industry veterans Chris Grear and Charlotte Ford, Driscoll specializes in tenant and landlord representation. Driscoll works with companies of all sizes and tailors a specific real estate strategy for each. In only two years, Mike has been involved in over 200,000 square feet worth of real estate transactions.
Driscoll is a 2015 graduate of Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts. He studied business management with concentrations in real estate and business analytics. Driscoll played college hockey and was recognized in 2014 as an All-American. For two years post-graduation, he traveled across North America playing minor professional hockey. Driscoll stays involved in the hockey world as a youth coach for the Preds Select organization. He has also become an avid golfer since retiring from hockey.
Driscoll is a member of multiple industry organizations including NAIOP’s Developing Leader Group and the Urban Land Institute. He cites his family’s longtime involvement in the New England real estate market with sparking his interest in the industry.

Richard joined Colliers International in 2010 and formerly served as the Principle Broker for Grubb & Ellis|Centennial and was responsible for all brokerage operations. Richard has been involved in all phases of real estate, including brokerage, management and investment sales.
Richard is a CCIM Institute Instructor, teaching courses across the United States, Canada and Russia. He is a Senior Instructor for C1-Intro (Introduction to Commercial Real Estate), C1 101 (Financial Analysis and C1 103 (User Decisions).
Richard has over 40 years of experience assisting corporations with their commercial real estate needs. From 2002 to 2004, he served as Executive Vice President and General Manager for Grubb & Ellis Corporate. From 1975 through 1980, Richard was the Executive Vice President and General Manager of The Tomlin Company. During 1984 to 1985 he also was the General Manager for The Tomlin Company, Nashville’s largest commercial real estate brokerage firm during this time period. Throughout 1980 to 1984, Richard was the Director of Urban Development for The Metropolitan Development and Housing Agency for the city of Nashville. During Fulton’s tenure at MDHA, new development in Nashville increased over 400 percent to a record level of one $1B in 1984. Projects adopted during his tenure included the Convention Center/Renaissance Hotel Complex, Church Street Centre Retail Center, and the Riverfront Park Development.

Lee specializes in office leasing, sales and site location in the Middle Tennessee market. The knowledge Lee has gained during his tenure with Colliers International allows him to help his clients evaluate their position and develop a solution that best fits their real estate needs.
Lee has handled transactions ranging from single office operations to 100,000 square foot multi-floor tenants. He believes each deal is unique and works with his clients on a personal level to identify their critical factors to best achieve their goals.

As a relational broker whose primary focus has been on office leasing and sales, his relationships have taken him to many places. As a landlord representative, he has handled many office buildings both in the urban and suburban settings. These buildings have ranged in size from 5,000 square feet to up to 190,000 square feet. The owners of these properties have ranged from owner-occupied with excess space to National Real Estate Trusts. Secondly, because of those relationships, John has handled many of his clients as the tenant representative. These relationships have allowed him to negotiate office leases, purchases of land for build-to-suits, and acquisitions for owner occupancy.
Additionally, these relationships have led him to assist clients who are looking to be real estate investors in the purchase, lease up and sale of properties. Due to his community involvement, John has assisted many non-profits in office lease negotiations, land purchases and building sales and dispositions. Because of his relationships over the years and the nature of the market, John has worked in all areas of the Nashville and Middle Tennessee market. This breath of experience has given him a unique perspective in working with his clients.
