Since 2002 Chris has specialized in office sales, leasing and site location.  Chris represents landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers throughout the greater Nashville metropolitan area.  Chris has represented clients in transactions totaling over 6 million square feet with a value over $1 billion.

Charlotte specializes in office leasing for both users and owners.he has ranked among Colliers Nashville’s top-producing brokers for 6 consecutive years, has received accolades from CoStar and NAIOP, and was a 2016 finalist for the prestigious Nashville Emerging Leader Awards. Charlotte assists clients with portfolio management, leasing strategy, asset valuation, disposition, site selection, and acquisition.

Since launching her real estate career in 2005, Charlotte has successfully completed over $330 million in leasing and sale transactions. She demonstrates meticulous attention to detail and a proven track record of serving her clients’ needs in a timely and efficient manner. 

Prior to 2005, Charlotte was employed by Bissell Hayes Realtors in Charlotte, NC.  She graduated from the University of the South (Sewanee) in 2001 with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree. Charlotte is an active member of the Sewanee Alumni Association. She is also an avid supporter of the Land Trust for Tennessee, a non-profit organization focused on preserving the unique character of Tennessee’s natural and historic landscape and sites for future generations. Charlotte has served as Education Chair on the CCIM Board for 2013 and 2014, and currently serves on the local NAIOP board. 

Janet is consistently among the top brokers in the Nashville market. In her 23 years in the industry, 17 with CBRE and 6+ with Colliers Nashville, Janet has focused on representing both tenants and landlords in multimarkets and in Nashville. She has received numerous awards, including: the CBRE most distinguished Colbert Coldwell Circle, NAIOP Office Broker of the Year and multiple Office Leases of the Year and Top Producer awards. 

In 2011, Janet formed an office brokerage team with Doug Ryan, whose expertise includes brokerage, development, architecture and urban planning. Their team goal is to serve as the client’s trusted advisor to navigate the complexities of real estate transactions bringing clarity and experience to negotiations. Doug Ryan joined the Colliers team in November 2014 bringing with him more than 20 years of broad-based commercial real estate experience.

As  Executive Vice President in Office Brokerage, Doug provides landlord and tenant representation with a focus on serving clients as a trusted advisor,  navigating the complexities of real estate transactions and bringing clarity to corporate leases. With partners Janet Sterchi, Executive Vice President, and Richard Rieck, Senior Associate, they are widely recognized among the top brokerage teams and advisors in Nashville’s commercial real estate industry. Doug and Janet have both independently received NAIOP’s Nashville Broker of the Year Award. 

Previously, Doug worked for CBRE as First Vice President specializing in landlord and tenant representation for office product. Before joining CBRE, Doug owned his own real estate consulting practice where he advised corporate clients on the development, planning, entitlements, and zoning processes of their projects. He also provided services for office leasing, retail leasing and land sales. Prior experience includes working for Cushman and Wakefield’s Office Services Group in Detroit, Michigan. 

Doug holds a Master’s in Urban Planning from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

Having been involved in a variety of complex commercial real estate transactions over the last 15 years, Shane has vast experience helping clients achieve investment objectives when leasing, purchasing, developing or disposing of commercial real estate assets. Shane has been actively involved in negotiations totaling more than $500,000,000 in consideration over that same time period. His experience in the middle Tennessee real estate market, coupled with his client relationships and extensive network, allows him to serve clients in a way few others can in today’s competitive marketplace.

Shane currently serves as Co-Chair of the Colliers International Law Firm Practice Group, is a member of the Nashville Downtown Rotary Club, a member of the Colliers Tenant Advisory Council, and an active member of Woodmont Christian Church.

Chad specializes in representing institutional owners and users of commercial office space within the Nashville, Tennessee MSA.  The knowledge and experience that he has gained in his 21 years of working at Colliers International, formerly NAI Nashville, helps him understand the goals and objectives of each client and can tailor those goals into a comprehensive and effective strategy to achieve the best possible solution to their real estate needs.

As a relational broker whose primary focus has been on office leasing and sales, his relationships have taken him to many places.  As a landlord representative, he has handled many office buildings both in the urban and suburban settings.  These buildings have ranged in size from 5,000 square feet to up to 190,000 square feet.  The owners of these properties have ranged from owner-occupied with excess space to National Real Estate Trusts.  Secondly, because of those relationships, John has handled many of his clients as the tenant representative.  These relationships have allowed him to negotiate office leases, purchases of land for build-to-suits, and acquisitions for owner occupancy.

Additionally, these relationships have led him to assist clients who are looking to be real estate investors in the purchase, lease up and sale of properties.  Due to his community involvement, John has assisted many non-profits in office lease negotiations, land purchases and building sales and dispositions.  Because of his relationships over the years and the nature of the market, John has worked in all areas of the Nashville and Middle Tennessee market.  This breath of experience has given him a unique perspective in working with his clients.

Ashley Harrison joined the Colliers Nashville office early 2023, partnering with top-producing brokers Shane Douglas, Principal and Executive Vice President, and Patrick Inglis, Senior Vice President. In her previous role, Ashley was Vice President of MB Real Estate’s Leasing Services division in Chicago, where she specialized in landlord office leasing.

Ashley spent five years at MB Real Estate, where her most notable projects include 181 W. Madison, 550 W. Washington, and Michigan Plaza, a 2 million square foot office complex. As part of leasing 3.5 million square feet of office in downtown Chicago, Ashley has consistently created value for her clients, including  Aegis Asset Management, MetLife, and Capital Properties. Ashley has been actively involved in lease negotiations totaling approximately $200,000,000 in value. In the last year, Ashley has completed nearly 400,000 square feet of transactions, including QRM  (106,000 SF), Northern Trust (225,000 SF), and Fox Television (54,000 SF).

Before joining MB Real Estate, Ashley spent four years in real estate private equity, where she developed a deep understanding of the owner’s perspective, as well as business strategy and execution.

Rich Rieck joined the Colliers Nashville office in 2021, partnering with industry veterans Doug Ryan, Executive Vice President & Partner, and Janet Sterchi, Executive Vice President & Partner. The team specializes in providing brokerage representation for tenants and landlords of office products. Rich focuses on office products in the Nashville urban core and submarket areas. He serves a nationwide client base as a trusted advisor, navigating the complexities of real estate transactions and bringing clarity to corporate leases.

Before joining the Colliers Nashville office, Rich practiced law in the commercial real estate and financial services practice group at Maynard Cooper & Gale, PC. While at Maynard Cooper, he specialized in real estate acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and leasing. Prior to joining Maynard Cooper & Gale, PC, Rich practiced as an associate attorney at Chapman & Rosenthal Title, Inc. In this role, Rich worked on dozens of commercial purchase and sale transactions in addition to performing over seven hundred residential closings in the greater Nashville market.

A native of Franklin, Tennessee, Rich is a graduate of Battle Ground Academy. He received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Mississippi and his Juris Doctor from Belmont University College of Law.

Melanie Tigrett joined the top-producing office brokerage team of Colliers Nashville with extensive knowledge and experience in contract negotiations, transaction advisory for acquisition and disposition services, landlord and tenant representation, and financing coordination. The team specializes in representation for landlords and tenants of traditional, creative, and re-adaptive space throughout the Nashville ten-county region while serving a nationwide client base. Tigrett proves to be a vital asset to the team as her experience in comprehensive commercial real estate financing provides her with in-depth knowledge for navigating the complexities of a real estate transaction. 

Before joining Colliers Nashville, Tigrett was a commercial real estate agent for Slovis & Associates, LLC, in Memphis, TN. During her tenure with Slovis, Tigrett developed a broad-based clientele and negotiated sales of well over $50 million worth of commercial real estate.

Prior experience includes working as a commercial real estate lender with Regions Bank, where Tigrett completed commercial real estate transactions incorporating tax credit facilitation and bond issuances. 

In spring 2018, Mike Driscoll relocated to Nashville from Milton, Massachusetts, to join Colliers. Working on a team with industry veterans Chris Grear and Charlotte Ford, Driscoll specializes in investment sales and office lease transactions. In his first four years in the industry, Mike has been involved in over 552,000 square feet worth of real estate lease transactions with a value over $63,000,000 and sales transactions exceeding $18,000,000. Driscoll works with many well-known institutional groups including Hines, Nuveen, RMR Group, and Starwood Capital.

Driscoll is a 2015 graduate of Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts. He studied business management with concentrations in real estate and business analytics. Driscoll played college hockey and was recognized in 2014 as an All-American. For two years post-graduation, he traveled across North America playing minor professional hockey. Driscoll stays involved in the game as a youth hockey coach. He has also become an avid golfer since retiring from hockey. 

Driscoll is a member of multiple industry organizations including NAIOP’s Developing Leader Group and the Urban Land Institute. He cites his family’s longtime involvement in the New England real estate market with sparking his interest in the industry.
