Principal and Executive Vice President
Terry has over 40 years of experience working in the commercial, industrial, and investment markets in Middle Tennessee and Southern Kentucky. In 2013, Terry served as the International President of SIOR, a 3,000-member organization comprised of the most knowledgeable, experienced, and successful office and industrial brokers. While serving as president, Terry traveled the world representing organization members. This experience provides Terry with a vast network of key brokers and investors who are active in the US and internationally.
Terry was the first Nashville employee of Coldwell Banker Commercial in 1980. In 1983, he moved to The Mathews Company as Vice President of Sales and Principle Broker of RCM Realty. In April of 2000, Terry and his partner Bert Mathews merged RCM Realty with Nate Greene and Tony Vaughn (NAI Taylor Vaughn and Greene) to become NAI Mathews Partners. In 2010, NAI Nashville became Colliers International.
In Terry’s career, he has led transactions ranging from small office/warehouse leases to complicated sale-leasebacks such as Baldor Electric, a 670,000 square-foot facility in Cookeville, Tennessee. Terry has always provided the same caliber of professionalism and expertise to all clients.
Executive Vice President
Tom is Executive Vice President at Colliers Nashville, the largest privately owned commercial real estate firm in Tennessee. His commercial real estate experience is in the fields of industrial, office, investment, land for residential development and property management. In 1994, Tom started his real estate career with Taylor-Vaughn-Greene which later became The Mathews Partners and is now Colliers International.
Tom has achieved the lifetime commercial Gold Award of Excellence and his commercial real estate expertise has allowed him to serve as an expert witness in several court cases. He is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). He is one of only 3,000 members world wide who have achieved this accomplishment by completing SIOR education courses, achieving a high level of production in office and industrial real estate deals and by maintaining high ethical standards. Tom graduated from Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green, Kentucky, with a Bachelor of Arts Degree and a minor in Education.
Senior Vice President
Max, a Senior Vice President of the Colliers International | Nashville Office, focuses on investment sales of industrial properties ranging from $5 million to $100 million. Max is a native Nashvillian who joined Colliers in 2006 and has since sold and leased over 250 million square feet of industrial product totaling over $1 billion in transactional volume. Max is an annual top producer at the Colliers | Nashville office and has over 15-years experience in commercial real estate.
Senior Vice President
Zac specializes in both the acquisition and disposition of commercial investment and development properties. With an in-depth understanding of each project, Zac focuses on value creation through identifying strengths, weaknesses, risks, and upside potential.
Zac has been an affiliate broker with Colliers International since 2006 when he graduated from the George Washington University in the spring with a Bachelor of Business Administration and a concentration in International Business.

Bill Buntyn specializes in industrial real estate and is a member of Colliers International’s Logistics & Transportation Solutions Group. Since 2013, Bill has completed over 130 transactions covering close to 7,000,000 square feet with a total value of approximately $500,000,000. In addition to providing industrial tenant and landlord representation, Bill has completed numerous investment sales.
Bill provides a broad range of services, including: portfolio analysis, transaction management, financial analysis, and site selection. He also offers expertise in acquisition/disposition assignments of the following property types: Distribution Warehouse, Manufacturing, and Industrial Land.
Bill specializes in industrial sales, leasing, and site location along the I-65 corridor from south Nashville into Columbia, Tennessee. The knowledge Bill has gained during his tenure with Colliers International allows him to help his clients evaluate their position and develop a solution that best fits their real estate needs.
Jerry Miele has over a decade of commercial real estate experience where he has concentrated on industrial sales and leasing. He has the ability to seamlessly transition from tenant representation of a first-time industrial user to reporting to the most seasoned asset manager of a large portfolio. Jerry has developed expertise with the small to medium size industrial market in Nashville. He represents approximately 3,000,000 square feet of industrial flex space in Nashville ranging from 3,000 square feet to 100,000 square feet of office/warehouse units. His ability to fill these centers and retain key tenants resulted in recognition as one of Colliers Top Producers in his specialty.
Jerry received his BS degree in General Business from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville in 1999 and an International MBA degree from the University of Memphis in 2001. He is a candidate for the prestigious SIOR designation, a Deacon at Brentwood Baptist Avenue South, and a Past Board Chairman for Sweet Sleep. After receiving his International MBA, Jerry joined NAI Nashville, which later became Colliers International, as an affiliate broker in 2001.
Will Smith joined the Colliers International team in August of 2014. Will’s focus is tenant and landlord representation for industrial properties and investment sales. With over five years of experience with Colliers Nashville, Will has had the opportunity to work with countless owners and occupiers in the greater Middle Tennessee area, facilitating lease and sale transactions and acting as a trusted advisor for their respective or prospective real estate portfolios and lease holdings. His listing portfolio has included properties totaling over 2 million square feet in the Nashville market ranging from single tenant industrial buildings to greater than 500,000 SF distribution centers.
Will’s real estate career began after several years practicing as a CPA, where he learned valuable analytical tools and the importance of concise and effective reporting, which have been instrumental in his success in the commercial real estate profession. As a native to Nashville, he has experienced the successes and challenges of the city’s tremendous growth first hand and has a strong confidence in his market knowledge and ability to identify market deals for his clients.

Since starting his real estate career in 2014, Will has negotiated transactions that exceeded 1.5 million square feet, and had a combined consideration in excess of $50 million dollars. Some notable clients include CTDI, Jeni’s Ice Cream, Lennox, Builder Supply Source, Guardian Building Products, and Fortress Investment Group. Will earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (2011) and a Masters in Accounting (2012) from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. Furthermore, he has been trained in one of the most utilized underwriting software programs in real estate, Argus Enterprise. Will is actively working toward both CCIM and SIOR designations.
Chad McCardell joined the Colliers Nashville office with an extensive career in the commercial real estate industry. Chad serves a nationwide client base of institutional owners for acquisition and disposition assignments. Additionally, he provides brokerage representation for tenants and landlords of industrial space users. Previously, Chad spent eight years with Colliers in the Central California office, where he completed over $97.5 million in transaction value and sold/leased 9.6 million square feet of industrial space.
Chad most recently led an industrial team with the disposition and leasing of a 75-acre industrial park in Fresno, CA, that included 26 build-to-suit opportunities. Remaining an active broker in California, Chad is currently representing a developer of a 30-acre build-to-suit asset.
Before joining Colliers, Chad partnered with Fortune Real Estate in Fresno, CA, where he began his commercial real estate career.
Reese Abee joined the National Hospitality Group of Colliers International in the winter of 2019, partnering with Senior Vice President Helen Zaver and the Zaver Hotels Team based out of Atlanta, Georgia. The team specializes in investment sales of hospitality product. Reese has a market focus on the Nashville 10-county region and serves a nationwide client base. He advises investors through the complexities of real estate transactions by developing customizable service plans that result in maximized financial savings for the client. Reese joins the Colliers team after two years with Marcus & Millichap’s National Hospitality Group.
Reese’s brokerage career began during his college tenure where he interned for commercial real estate investment and consulting firm Randall Commercial Group, LLC. In 2017, Reese graduated from the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree. He studied business administration with concentrations in finance and business management. Committed to serving his community, Reese is an eagle scout and volunteers his spare time by working on Habitat for Humanity projects.
