James Rodriguez has been entrenched in the Greater Los Angeles multicultural retail market since 1993. Prior to joining Colliers International in 2013 and forming the Retail Foresight team, he operated the CBRE Hispanic Retail Team for 14 years. Today, the team continues to provide services within multicultural and Hispanic markets, including for the growing Millennial populations that have come to define those communities in recent years. Having been involved in transactions for more than 65 retail centers and developments that together total more than 6 million square feet and represent multiple international, national and regional retailers, the team has unquestionably established itself as a dominant market force.
