Inland Empire

One of the most sought-after industrial markets in the nation, the Inland Empire comprises 513.7 million square feet and represents 30% of the total industrial space in the Los Angeles Basin for buildings 10,000 square feet and greater. Approximately 74% of the space in this market is in buildings 100,000 square feet and greater. 

The vast majority (89%) of space in the Inland Empire was built in the past 20 years. The Inland Empire continues to attract large distributors, warehouse users, e-commerce companies and logistics firms seeking to consolidate their operations into large state-of-the-art facilities within striking distance of a major port complex and excellent proximity to a large consumer base.
