With 30+ years of negotianting experience and over a decade representing investment clients in the multi-family markets of the sprawling San Fernando Valley and the Tri-Cities markets of Burbank, Glendale and Pasadena, and, in the process, Reza Ghobadi has consistently won top producer honors. His most recent achievements include: 2017, 2018 and 2019 Everest Club Top 10% Producer of Colliers Brokerage in North America and the recipient of Max Green’s 2017, 2018 and 2019 Top Producers Award.
Earlier in his professional career, Ghobadi owned and operated a hospitality and transport company with more than 50 employees whose success provided him with invaluable business acumen and gave him a running start when he decided to change careers in 2006, the year he began his commercial real estate career. Just 12 months later in 2007, he won “Rookie of the Year” honors and has never looked back.
Ghobadi, who is fluent in
kithree languages – English, Swedish and Farsi – continued to win top sales awards despite the economic downturn of The Great Recession of 2008, until it ended five years later in 2012. It was during this five-year period that he won top sales honors despite the severe economic downtown.
After continuing to climb the brokerage ranks at his previous firm, he held progressively more senior brokerage and management positions, including Director of Special Asset Services, where he specialized in the disposition of distressed and REO properties.
His lengthy experience first as a business owner and now as a senior investment broker, including stints at two other brokerage firms, along with his ability to fluently speak three languages in the polyglot markets that comprise so much of the Los Angeles Basin, has allowed him to create and maintain a loyal, ethnically diverse following of clients from a variety of backgrounds.

Jared Papazian began working with Colliers International in the fall of 2017 as an Associate Broker with the Ghobadi Multifamily Investment Team. The team and he focus on the brokerage of multifamily assets located in the San Fernando Valley and Tri-Cities area which include Burbank, Glendale, and Pasadena. He began his real estate career as an intern and eventually became a research assistant at the Charles Dunn Company in Century City for Barry Rothstein. His daily tasks included prospecting new potential clients, maintaining and updating Barry's database, and assisting the team with any needed research or support. During this time, Jared really became interested in the Los Angeles multifamily market.
Jared is a former professional fighter, with 40 professional fights. He is 2x time king of the cage champion.Winning the title and defending the belt it escalated him on getting signed with the biggest fight promotion in the world the Ultimate Fighting Championship. He has competed in boxing, kickboxing and mixed martial arts. Jared was able to achieve a record of 25-15.He plans on bringing the same work ethic and champion mindset to his new venture in brokerage.

Tony Sameyah joined the Colliers International Ghobadi Multifamily Investment Team as an Associate in May 2019, after graduating from the highly distinguished University of Southern California Marshall School of Undergraduate Business. Through classes, events, and job opportunities Tony had the incredible opportunity of learning, networking, and building a strong foundation of necessary skills while studying at USC.
Tony’s drive, dedication, and persistence dates back prior to attending USC. Facing and successfully overcoming the challenges of being a full-time high school student water polo athlete all while juggling community college night courses in order to attend, and move on to graduate early from, USC. Tony’s passion and natural curiosity for the real estate industry led him to obtain his real estate sales agent license senior year of high school. As well, Tony created a family business within the residential real estate market, centered around rehabilitating distressed properties. Tony is excited to bring his genuine nature of wanting the best for people--all the while helping them achieve their goals-- to the Ghobadi Multifamily Team.
