The DeVries Team is well versed in all aspects of industrial real estate with particular expertise in Landlord and Tenant representation and Land Development.  Ian DeVries serves as advisor to the leaders of major corporations, institutions and developers, such as Hillwood, Industrial Property Trust, Duke Realty and Alere Property Group. Over his career, he has sold more than 3000 acres of industrial land for development. Since 2012, the team has facilitated the sale and leasing of industrial space in excess of 13 million square feet and 440 acres of industrial land. Currently, we DeVries lists more than 4 million square feet of industrial properties in the Inland Empire, making us consistently one of the most active teams in the region.

    Details: DeVries Industrial Team represented tenant Karma Automotive in negotiations for a 63-month lease of the 366,177-square-foot distribution facility at 17825 Indian Street in Moreno Valley, CA. Karma Automotive is expanding from a 555,000-square-foot manufacturing facility, and an 11-year lease that the DeVries Industrial Team brokered as dual agents in 2016. Karma manufactures luxury hybrid vehicles, and as the first automobile manufacturer in years to come to SoCal, their story is one of success.
  2. Client: IPT / Black Creek Group (Buyer)

    Size: 28 acres
    Terms: $25 million
    Details: DeVries Industrial Team represented buyer IPT / Black Creek Group in the purchase of 28 acres to build Arrow Route DC, a 611,573-square-foot industrial property in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. Construction set to begin in Q1 of 2018 with estimated Q4 2018 delivery date. The project has direct I-15 Freeway and Route 66 access and features 36' clear height, ESFR sprinklers, 108 dock-high and 4 ground level loading doors, and a mezzanine office. Corporate neighbors include Georgia Pacific, Home Depot, Hankook Tires, Johnson & Johnson, Walmart and Big Lots. The DeVries Industrial Team is also representing IPT / Black Creek Group in the lease of Arrow Route DC.

    Details: DeVries Industrial Team was the dual agent in the 51.88-acre land sale to Hillwood Property Group. Hillwood retained Colliers International and The DeVries Industrial Team to act as its exclusive agent  for Magnon Business Park, the state-of-the-art ±1,012,995-square-foot industrial warehouse to be constructed on the site first quarter 2018. The project is located in the high-profile Sycamore Canyon area of Riverside with 36' clear height, 147 dock doors and multiple access points via the I-215 and 60 Freeways.
