Adam is a Vice Chairman with Colliers International with over 20 years of commercial real estate experience. Adam has been a Las Vegas resident since 1988 and has deeply rooted connections within the real estate and business development community, maintaining strong political ties in Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Henderson, and Clark County municipalities. His focus at Colliers is developing and maintaining relationships with private and institutional buyers and sellers on a national scale.

Adam began his real estate career in 2004 at the Las Vegas Development Company where he managed the development, construction, and leasing of the Marcello Marketplace and several other retail projects. Adam previously served as Vice President with both Colliers International and The Equity Group where he managed high profile tenant and landlord representation while working to further each company's REO, Special Servicing, and Investment Sales divisions. In 2015, Adam and partners founded Logic Commercial Real Estate where he served as partner for 7 years. 

During his tenure, Adam's strategic approach and long-term vision have helped investors gain access to unique opportunities – and achieve sizeable results – establishing national record-setting cap rates while helping shape the retail landscape in Las Vegas.

Deana is a 3rd-generation Real Estate professional and a recognized leader in the commercial real estate industry. Deana serves as an Executive Vice President at Colliers where she focuses on the stabilization and disposition of assets and implementing strategic planning to maximize value for her clients.

Deana proudly followed her father’s footsteps and developed a passion for real estate through her work. A Rhode Island native, Deana is a 23-year resident of Las Vegas who brings over 13 years of experience specializing in commercial REO, investment and owner/user sales, as well as representation for national retail tenants and institutional landlords. She began her career at the Las Vegas Development Company where she perfected her brokerage and development services. She later worked as a Senior Associate at The Equity Group where she was responsible for developing several retail projects throughout Las Vegas. Deana served as an Executive Vice President at Logic where she was responsible for securing some of the largest sale and lease transactions for the company.

Deana obtained her Bachelors in Finance from University of Nevada Las Vegas, is an active CCIM candidate, and a graduate of NAIOP Southern Nevada’s Developing Leader’s Institute. Deana is greatly involved in the Las Vegas community and she continues to give back by serving as Chair of the NAIOP Developing Leaders committee, which helps mold and mentor young professionals in the commercial real estate industry.

Areeba brings over 6 years of commercial real estate experience to her role of Senior Associate. She is responsible for managing a high-level Landlord representation portfolio of retail, office, and flex listings. Areeba also works with a variety of Tenant Representation clients and is quick to combine market strategy with research to help meet the needs of her clients.

In her previous positions with Logic Commercial Real Estate and Schnitzer Properties, Areeba was responsible for the leasing of +/- 2MM SF of retail, office, and industrial product in the Las Vegas market. Her experience with property management led her to develop and implement property budgets, manage vendors, and administrative services. At Logic, she served as a point of contact for Landlords and prospective tenants - ensuring that value was maximized with each secured deal.

Areeba is a UNLV Graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. Most recently, she was selected to join the NAIOP of Southern Nevada Developing Leaders Institute program. With her passion and expertise, Areeba will continue to grow market share for the Malan Marcello team.

Monica Vanyo brings to the team over 14 years of marketing and account management experience. As a Senior Team Strategist, Monica is responsible for overseeing the Malan + Marcello Investment Team’s marketing initiatives, transaction management, and executing the team’s strategic vision. Monica is goal-oriented and results driven and incorporates a valuable blend of leadership, strategic planning, and technological skill to keep everyone on task. With experience in both real estate and advertising, she helps manage all day-to-day action items for our sales, leasing, and new development portfolios.

Monica works closely with our marketing department to brainstorm and develop unique, creative and thoughtful branding materials for our clients. She manages Seller and Buyer requirements along with transactional history, and combines this with market intel and research to constantly keep our pipeline moving. Monica plays an integral role in keeping the team organized and accountable. She is constantly perfecting our best practices and continuously delivers superior customer service to all clients.
