Mike Zebe specializes in retail, office, industrial and land development for clients in Pocatello and throughout eastern Idaho. Mike sets his focus on his clients’ needs and will earn your trust by following through every commitment made, and targeting your specific investment objectives. Mike is a highly organized individual with a strong work ethic and leadership background working for the US Army.
Prior to joining Colliers, Mike served for 7.5 years between the Idaho National Guard as a 68W Combat Medic and active component of the US Army as an 89E Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technician. During his career he served as a Platoon Leader, EOD Team Leader, and Executive Officer. Mike was directly responsible for the training, moral, and welfare of a 32 man EOD Company, providing 24-hour support accross a three state emergency response area. He also coordinated with the United States Seceret Service, and allocated EOD assets for VIP protective missions for the protection of the President of the United States, Vice President of the United States, and Foreign Dignitaries.
Since joining his brother, Jared Zebe and father, Don Zebe, Mike has been applying his exceptional planning and operational knowledge to commerical real estate throughout the Intermountain West.

As a broker with Colliers, Jared specializes in leasing and sale transactions in aastern Idaho. Working out of the Pocatello office, Jared partners with Don Zebe and Mike Zebe, both licensed sales professionals who specializes in the eastern Idaho market. Jared, Don and Mike have expert knowledge in tenant and landlord representation, investments, build-to-suits and land. Jared has experience advising clients whose business models focus on restaurant and tech.
Prior to joining Colliers, Jared was a commercial agent with Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors in Pocatello, Idaho and a residential real estate professional with Premier Properties, also in Pocatello, where he successfully guided homebuyers and sellers through the sale and purchase of properties. He was also a branch manager at OneMain Financial where he performed closings, consulting services and provided loan and insurance products to members of the community.
As a Brokerage Specialist for Colliers in Idaho Falls, Scarlet focuses on land development, office properties, retail centers and multifamily throughout eastern Idaho. Her ultimate goal is to build strong relationship with clients and help grow their investment or portfolio.
In a previous role, Scarlet specialized in real estate development and sales, retail leasing and build-to-suit opportunities while with Keller Williams and Silvercreek Realty Group. She has experience with brand development, social media marketing, strategic planning and negotiating.
