With offices in Houston, Sugar Land and The Woodlands, the Colliers | Woodlands team has specialized in the sale and lease of office, industrial and retail properties for over 50 years.

Our commercial real estate professionals have unmatched local experience in asset resolution, property management, mortgage banking, valuation and appraisal and market research services.

Houston ranks among the leading metropolitan areas in the U.S. and is the fourth largest city and the fifth largest Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA) in the nation. The U.S. Department of Commerce Bureau of Economic Analysis ranks Houston's MSA fifth in GDP at $384.6 billion in 2010. Houston's economic base comprises of varied mature industries led by the energy sector accounting for just over 50% of the local economy.

In addition, Houston has the seventh largest U.S. container port, The Port of Houston, which ranks first in U.S. foreign tonnage and imports.
