Our team
Wade Greene joins Colliers Houston as Director of Retail Services and Principal of the company. Greene will use his experience and enthusiasm for retail brokerage to grow the Colliers Houston Retail and Hospitality Advisory Teams.
Wade specializes in tenant representation services for local and national restaurant, retail, and entertainment concepts. With the assistance of C-Suite level clients and his national brokerage network, Mr. Greene has built a Corporate and Franchise Growth Solutions Platform, helping companies seamlessly execute driven roll outs across the country.
A native Houstonian and second-generation Houston based commercial real estate professional, Wade has represented companies such as, Alamo Drafthouse Cinemas, Walmart, Salata, Kids Empire, Darden Restaurants, Earl of Sandwich, Putt Shack, Flight Club, Ace Bounce, Seoul Taco, Tasc Performance Apparel, Krewe Optical, Chick’n Cone, Firehouse Subs, Voodoo Doughnut, Jollibee, Roses, Anytime Fitness, Dat Dog, Dyson and Award-Winning Texas Chefs.
Hannah Tosch serves as a Vice President on the Houston retail team. Tosch has been in the business and with Colliers since 2016. Her primary focus is tenant representation services for local and national restaurant, retail and entertainment concepts. As a native Houstonian, Hannah combines her existing relationships with her passion for the restaurant industry to best serve her clients.
Ms. Lenardson joined Colliers | Houston in 2012 as Vice President of Retail Services, bringing over 16 years of commercial real estate experience to the firm. Kim is a dedicated retail specialist providing both landlord and retail tenant representation services. She has worked with REITs on large portfolios as well as help local owners find smaller shop space.
Kim previously served as a Leasing Specialist with North American Properties – Southeast, Inc. | Ft. Myers, FL from 2007 to 2012. She was primarily responsible for leasing document management of new leases, renewals, assignments and amendments of the North American Properties Ft. Myers portfolio consisting of Publix anchored and Target anchored centers throughout Florida and Georgia. The North American Properties Ft. Myers portfolio reached a scale of over 1.2 million square feet of GLA including approximately 360,000 square feet of small shop space. She acquired a working knowledge of shopping center construction with the ability to read construction plans. Assisted in site plan design of new developments along with building the design in accordance with creating merchandising plans. Kim worked with many aspects of asset management including creating detailed reports for the purposes of Pro-Forma projections andlease assumptions. leasing summaries, competitive market surveys, and five-year budget projections.
Director of Sales and Leasing with Grand Bay Properties, LLC | Bonita Springs, FL from 2004 to 2007. Retail leasing of grocery and specialty centers of up to 93,000 square feet as well as Class A office space. Negotiated new and renewal lease agreements to ensure the best terms, compliance and obligations, with landlords, agents, attorneys and/or tenants directly. Reviewed tenants construction documents, sign shop drawings and sample boards for conformity to Landlord’s criteria. Monitored and verified negotiated construction to be built on schedule.
Leasing Associate with Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc.| Miami, FL from 2003 to 2004. Represented Landlord, JP Morgan Investment Management, in leasing a 1.4 million square foot property with approximately 350 tenants. Updated and distributed monthly reports to JP Morgan.
Property Administrator with Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. | Atlanta, GA and Miami, FL from 2002 to 2003. Responsible for all aspects of lease administration including compilation of lease documents for ownership approval and distribution of leasing status reports, rent rolls, and Winstack stacking plans.
Adriana Shaw joins the Houston retail team as a Senior Associate, where she will specialize in tenant representation services for Houston’s leading restaurants and national restaurant tenants and franchises.
Adriana brings a wealth of experience from her financial and commercial real estate background. Shaw began her career as an associate with NewQuest working to create impactful print and digital property marketing collateral from listing assignments, listing pitches, proposals and agreements, site tour coordination, and market research to other marketing initiatives.
Most recently, Adriana spent three years as a broker associate with Littwitz Investments, a customer service-driven real estate brokerage firm for leading restaurants and bars, where she focused on retail and hospitality tenant representation.
Adriana has done work for Slowpokes Coffee, Sharky’s, Chimicurries, Cinnaholic, Flying Biscuit Café, Captain Tom’s Seafood, and more.
Shaw graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Public Relations. Originally born in Mexico City, she is fluent in both Spanish and English.
Cody Persyn advises clients in the buying and selling of investment and value-add retail properties, tenant representation and site selection. His attention to detail and beginnings as a financial analyst help ensure clients are maximizing value. Cody has been involved in the transaction side of the business since 2001, handling multi-tenant and single tenant (NNN) sales, sale-leasebacks and corporate dispositions. He has formed a specific expertise in the disposition of vacant retail “big box” properties with involvement in 291 transactions with consideration exceeding $687 million. He has sold properties in 44 states.
Prior to joining Colliers in 2021, Cody spent eight years with SRS following 12 years with the Portfolio Services team of CBRE. During his career he has worked with industry leaders including Walmart Realty, Walgreens, Shell Oil Company, America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses, AutoNation, YUM! Brands, Capital Automotive and Inland Real Estate Group.
Cody is a graduate of the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University with a Master of Real Estate in Land Economics and Real Estate, where he also completed his undergraduate degree. During his time in college he also served a six-year tour in the Marine Corps Reserve.
Cody has been married to Brooke for 14 years and they have two children, Frankie and Atlee. In his spare time, Cody enjoys the great outdoors, traveling and has a particular interest in most things about Spain.
Pat is the managing director of brokerage services in Houston for Colliers. Pat has more than 37 years of experience in commercial real estate as a producing broker, educator, sales manager and managing broker. Pat relocated to Houston from Florida where he served as President of the Colliers offices in Tampa Bay, Orlando and Southwest Florida.
​Pat started his career as Director of Marketing for a real estate data base company where he spent three years interviewing top brokerage houses throughout the United States and assisted in their automation needs as a consultant and instructor. As President of the Colliers Houston office, he has direct responsibility for recruiting, training and managing the sales and leasing teams, property management and business plan creation and coordination for the company.
Pat was responsible for building and organizing retail service delivery capabilities for Colliers worldwide as chairman of the Colliers Retail Specialty Group (96-2000, 2002-2013). Pat is also a founding member of the Colliers Oil and Gas practice group. Among his academic accomplishments, Pat wrote the capstone case study for the CCIM program's final course offering from 1986 - 1998. The case study combined the marketing and financial concepts taught by CCIM to allow the students to apply the material to a simulated commercial property disposition.
He has been an instructor for NACORE’s (now CORENET) Intermediate Finance Course and was awarded the Top-Rated Faculty Certificate in 2000. Pat has been quoted in national and regional publications including the Wall Street Journal, Dow Jones, Newsweek, Real Estate Forum, National Real Estate Investor, Globe Street and others. He has been an expert panelist for NAIOP, Real Share, ICSC and many other real estate organizations.
Pat has served as a member (and Chairman) of the Colliers Managers Steering committee, the Board of Directors for Colliers USA and is the past Chairman of the Colliers USA Board of Advisors. In 2003, Pat was awarded Colliers Manager of the Year. In 2004, he was chosen by Colliers as the Tom Richardson Award recipient, an honor based on strength of character. In 2012, Pat was chosen as the recipient of the Colliers USA Pinnacle Award for service excellence. Pat is the only person in Colliers to win all three of these awards. He served as an instructor for Colliers University 2010-14. In 2017 Pat was recognized as a “Best Boss” by Real Estate Forum magazine.
Kelly Hutchinson, Senior Associate at Colliers specializes in investment retail, land, and net lease properties in the Houston Metro area with a focus in the southeast Houston, Clear Lake / NASA and Galveston County areas, where she is recognized for her local market knowledge, transaction expertise and experience.
She leverages her competencies to assist individual owners, sellers, trusts and institutions in developing acquisition and exit strategies to maximize property value while overseeing all aspects of the transaction process
Born and raised in Houston, Texas, Kelly joined Colliers in 2017 and prior to that was President of Commercial Houston Corporation, a Houston based brokerage she established in 1997 after returning to Houston from Southwest Florida where she worked in retail shopping center development and leasing in Naples and Fort Myers, Florida for Houston-based Heritage Development. Her real estate career began after college working as project coordinator for Houston office and retail center developers learning the business from the ground up.
With a 30-year, multi-disciplined background in commercial real estate, her background provides a diverse skill set that lays the foundation for effectiveness in assisting clients achieve their goals. She offers a wealth of transaction experience that includes a history of site selection and acquisition, land sales, investment property sales, tenant representation and leasing.
Marshall Clinkscales began his Houston real estate career in 1972. He joined Colliers in 2008. Prior to joining Colliers, Marshall owned and operated MSC Properties, Inc., the Houston-based commercial real estate company he established in 1981.
Marshall has extensive experience in retail site selection working with clients including Burger King, Golden Corral, Firestone, HEB Grocery Stores, Family Dollar Stores, Texas Citizens Bank, Texas Dow Employees Credit Union, and Fidelity Investments.
In addition, he provided asset management services for Security Benefit Life Insurance Company with services including management, leasing, redevelopment, and ultimately, brokerage of his client’s assets.
His expertise includes office tenant representation, land acquisitions and development. Key office clients have included Litton Loan Servicing, L.P., IMG Financial Group, Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing, Beyond Finance, and Cornerstone Home Lending Inc., where he has responsibility for many of Cornerstone’s branch offices locally and nationally.
Marshall also represents investors acquiring land for development and income producing properties. A current project involves development of just over 126 acres of retail land at Beltway 8 and Fairmont Parkway, recognized as one of Southeast Harris County’s most dynamic retail areas. Among his development projects, he has completed a medical office building, a Class A office building, and a retail center for clients.
Kolbe has been a licensed Texas real estate broker for more than 40 years. In 1997, he opened Curtice Commercial Real Estate in Sugar Land where the fast-paced growth in Fort Bend County propelled him into a broad spectrum of real estate solutions. Kolbe merged CCRE with Colliers in the Houston office in 2010. Over the last 15+ years Kolbe has played a significant roll in developing Sugar Land and the Fort Bend County market. Kolbe specializes in office and retail sales, leasing and development. Prior to opening Curtice Commercial Real Estate, Kolbe spent 11 years with Weingarten Realty Investors where he handled leasing/asset management for shopping centers in Southeast and Central Texas.
Kolbe was a founder and organizer of Founders Bank in Sugar Land in 2007 and served as director until the bank merged with Vista Bank in 2011. He is also a founding member and past president of the Fort Bend Society of Commercial Realtors. Kolbe currently serves as an advisory director for the Fort Bend Business Journal.
Vaughan Ford joined Colliers in 2014. He began his real estate career in 1973 with Henry S. Miller Companies where he specialized in representing restaurants in their expansion plans. Over the past 46 years, Vaughan has consulted with many of Houston’s largest shopping center owners. Restaurant representation includes 20+ locations for Boston Market and 10 locations for Rudy’s Country Store BBQ Restaurant. As a retail investment specialist, Vaughan helps buyers and sellers maximize the value of retail properties whether single tenant or multi-tenant assets.
Jenny Seckinger joined Colliers in 2008 and has more than 16 years’ experience in the real estate industry.
During her career, she has successfully leased, sold and acquired significant Class A assets for private equity, individual and institutional clients. Projects have included all sectors of the real estate industry including retail, medical, office, land and development. Jenny has been a senior member of various teams in the development of major high profile marketing campaigns and was personally responsible for working closely with owners to maintain asset values during the 2020 pandemic resulting in the successful sale of a diversified portfolio of retail asset at full stabilized capital rate value.
Jenny has continuously demonstrated that she can achieve positive results in any market. Her ambition, dedication and goal achieving attitude ensure the client’s goals are secured.
Jason focuses primarily on industrial real estate investment sales. This includes buyer representation, property disposition, build-to-suit evaluations, development, sale-leasebacks, design-build, and other investment oriented transactions. He has more than 10 years of experience within the investment services sector and represents clients ranging from small private funds and family offices to publically traded REITs and other institutional investors.
Prior to Colliers, Jason worked for a small boutique commercial real estate firm where he was responsible for the upstart of the investment sales division.
Chris Winters joined Colliers in 1998. His career encompasses the disciplines of real estate investment, finance, management, and development. Chris has successfully closed more than $750 Million in transactions and leased more than 1.4 million square feet of space.
Prior to joining Colliers, Chris was Senior Vice President of NAB Asset Ventures. This firm was a pioneer in recognizing opportunities in the acquisition of distressed commercial real estate and mortgages. His responsibilities included the acquisition, enhancement and disposition of the firm’s real estate investments. Chris began his career with The Murphree Company, a national real estate developer based in Houston. From there he joined Texas Commerce Bank – Houston (now JP Morgan Chase) handling the management and disposition of the banks distressed commercial real estate assets (REO).
In 2012, 2013, and 2018, Chris was a Colliers' Everest Award recipient. This award, created in 2011, is bestowed upon the top 10% of all Colliers professionals in brokerage, valuation and corporate solutions across the U.S. business based on revenue production.
