Hawkeye & GIS Capabilities
Hawkeye is Colliers’ premier proprietary data and mapping program used for educational site selection and real estate acquisition. Over the past two years, Colliers’ research department and Will Haynes, II have been working on an interactive tool that can produce instant mapping results based on various data points and information layers. All data can be combined, layered, and displayed in countless ways to create dynamic visual effects, different analyses, and convey different information. Good data drives good decisions, and there is no better software than Hawkeye. Colliers GIS is a full service geographic consulting and mapping group. We provide cartographic, demographic, and analytic products and services to Colliers professionals, affiliates, and partners; and directly to clients and other companies.
Will Haynes, II is a Managing Director in the Dallas-Fort Worth office of Colliers International in its Office Occupier Services Group. Will also leads the North Texas Education Services Practice Group.
Will focuses on advising clients on all aspects of their real estate needs with a primary concentration on Educational and Corporate organizations.
He has gained considerable knowledge, experience, and expertise in the education real estate market by performing multiple sales and lease transactions for K-12 and post-secondary institutions.
Will’s various assignments include consulting and strategic planning, lease negotiations; portfolio management; acquisition, and disposition of real estate.
Prior to joining Colliers International in 2016, Will was a Vice President at Emmitt Smith Realty Partners in Dallas. He began his career in the banking industry and transitioned to real estate in 2009, where he specialized in acquisitions and dispositions of multi-family properties in Dallas-Fort Worth.
Will is a graduate of Manhattan College in New York, where he played NCAA Men’s Division I Basketball in the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC).
Calvin Mooney is an Associate within Colliers’ Dallas-Forth Worth office. He focuses on office tenant representation.
Being a versatile real estate and finance professional, Calvin is capable of identifying and analyzing investment opportunities. He is adept at working with internal stakeholders, third party vendors, and developing successful new business relationships with clients.
Calvin had over six years of finance experience before he transitioned into real estate. Prior to joining Colliers, he was a Commercial Real Estate Advisor for Central Commercial Group for over a year.
Mr. Mooney hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Missouri-St. Louis as well as a Masters in Commercial Property Designation from Lipsey School of Real Estate.
Client Services Specialist
Vada Hayes is a Client Services Specialist for the Occupier Services Group in Dallas- Fort Worth where she supports brokers in Tenant Representation for Office, Healthcare, and Education Services at Colliers International. Vada oversees all aspects of a transaction from the initial market research and surveying of market options in the deal through the closing of the transaction. She also manages the communication, pipeline, and workflow of tasks between agents as part of her day-to-day.
Vada began working with Colliers three years ago as a client services coordinator. Prior to joining Colliers, Vada worked as a sales assistant in radio for over six years. Vada received her bachelor’s degree from Stephen F. Austin State University.
