Anderson Ferry Plaza
Great win for the Colliers | Greater Cincinnati & Dayton REMS team!
Our team recently picked up the management of the Anderson Ferry Plaza located at 2001 Anderson Ferry Road | Cincinnati, Ohio. This building consists of 43,599 SF of mixed office and retail space and is owned by CHCT Ohio LLC.
The building is being managed by Jim Costello of Colliers.

Wright Point Office Park
Another win for the Colliers | Greater Cincinnati REMS team. Riverside city council members agreed last week to hire Colliers to manage the office buildings that the city owns at Wright Point Office Park, 5100 and 5200 Springfield Street. Located across from the Air Force Museum, the combined square footage of the two-building totals 165,000 square feet.
“We want to be competitive with the other space on the market, so the city’s making a commitment to improve the overall quality of those buildings,” said Gary Burkholder, the community development director of Riverside.
Both buildings are being managed by Kacey Robinson of Colliers.
