Managing Director - REMS
After three plus decades in the property management business, I am constantly amazed at the number of challenges and opportunities I still experience for the first time. The REMS world is built on the management of people and their expectations, while effectively solving problems as they arise. The key to our real estate management efforts in the Cincinnati market is very intentional listening to our clients and presenting solutions for their particular needs. We have grown our managed portfolio to over 12 million square feet encompassing 85 buildings.
I am proud of the consultative approach I have taken and the REMS team we have built. In my mind reputation in the real estate management business is my most valuable attribute. Focusing on that has kept us on a course to do the right thing, while keeping our clients, tenants and vendors top of mind.
James “Jim” Costello is a property manager for Colliers International in Greater Cincinnati. Jim ‘s background is in sales, customer service and education. He currently manages eight office and retail properties totaling roughly 300,000 square feet.
In addition to the management of day-to-day operations for these properties, Jim is responsible for tenant relations and reporting including financial reporting, budgeting, lease administration and project management. Jim also oversees leasing activity and negotiations for the properties he manages and plays an active role on behalf of Colliers’ clients.
Senior Property Manager
Becky M. Ober serves as Senior Property Manager for Colliers International in Greater Cincinnati. Becky has more than 28 years of commercial real estate expertise. She currently oversees the management of seven industrial properties in Cincinnati which are part of the Hackman Capital portfolio in the state of Ohio. Plus, three industrial properties in High Street portfolio for a total of 815,456 SF. In addition she is well versed in Court Appointed Receiverships, currently working on 193,000 SF office building located in the center of downtown Cincinnati.
In addition to the management of day-to-day operations for the portfolio, she also oversees all tenant relations and reporting. Her responsibilities include financial reporting, budgeting, lease administration and project management. Becky also oversees leasing activity and negotiations for the properties which she manages and plays an active role on behalf of Hackman Capital and High Street.
AJ is a Property Manager for Colliers – Cincinnati where he oversees a portfolio consisting of office, industrial, and retail assets. AJ joined Colliers in 2020 and has been responsible for financial reporting, lease administration and enforcement, overseeing all exterior property maintenance, building renovations and upgrades, asset budgeting and cash flow management. He is a 2019 graduate of Texas Christian University, holds an Ohio and Texas real estate license, and is actively working towards his CPM designation.

Anderson Ferry Plaza
Great win for the Colliers | Greater Cincinnati & Dayton REMS team!
Our team recently picked up the management of the Anderson Ferry Plaza located at 2001 Anderson Ferry Road | Cincinnati, Ohio. This building consists of 43,599 SF of mixed office and retail space and is owned by CHCT Ohio LLC.
The building is being managed by Jim Costello of Colliers.

Wright Point Office Park
Another win for the Colliers | Greater Cincinnati REMS team. Riverside city council members agreed last week to hire Colliers to manage the office buildings that the city owns at Wright Point Office Park, 5100 and 5200 Springfield Street. Located across from the Air Force Museum, the combined square footage of the two-building totals 165,000 square feet.
“We want to be competitive with the other space on the market, so the city’s making a commitment to improve the overall quality of those buildings,” said Gary Burkholder, the community development director of Riverside.
Both buildings are being managed by Kacey Robinson of Colliers.
