Christian’s commercial real estate career began while working in property management during summer breaks home from college.
After college, he went to work in commercial real estate research for the CoStar Group, covering multiple major Metropolitan markets.
Thereafter, Christian learned tenant representation, landlord representation and investment sales, primarily in the Mid-Atlantic and nationally. He spent five years with Cushman & Wakefield before returning to Cincinnati to work with CBRE.

Christian joins Colliers in 2021 as a Broker in Training, partnering with Christian Rahe to help led the Collier's Capital Markets Service Team.
Christian brings with him a passion for business development and relationships. Prior to Colliers, Christian has experience working in fixed income and equity markets in addition to client-facing roles.

Ellee studied Real Estate at The Ohio State University and started her commercial real estate career at Colliers | Columbus where she interned in property management and later transferred into retail investment brokerage. After graduating, Ellee joined Colliers | Cincinnati as a brokerage associate on the Capital Markets team.
She works closely with Christian Rahe and Christian Evanchec to assist owners in selling income producing commercial real estate. Through extensive research and underwriting her and her team also assist buyers in the evaluation of deals and work with a debt team for real quotes in valuation for acquisitions and refinance. On the day to day, Ellee manages the team’s database, fosters new and existing relationships with clients, tracks active deals in the market, analyzes market data, and collects proprietary research to help shape transaction decisions.
