The Interstate Tenant Team of Brian Netzky, Mike Morgan and Jim Herbst specialize in representing industrial tenants in high-value lease transactions with a focus on cost-reduction.  The team has represented tenants in over 65 markets across the US and Canada and negotiated over 25 million square feet for industrial tenants.
