Our investment sales experience gives us the financial analysis capabilities to look at a property from a valuation standpoint, including updating Argus runs and financial forecasts, which then informs the manner in which we develop and execute our leasing strategies from acquisition to disposition. This ability to provide expertise in both sales and leasing, gives us the capacity and means to truly serve an asset through the life cycle of the investment.


Additionally – we have a dedicated team of tenant representation brokers that we lean on to supplement our efforts. On top off continually presenting us with qualified leasing and sale prospects – they give us the additional market intel and experience we need to provide our clients with a multifaceted approach and strategy.
