Senior Vice President, Principal
Tosh Wolfe is the Senior Vice President and Director of Retail Services for Colliers International – Atlanta. Mr. Wolfe is focused on the strategic, operational and business development initiatives of the retail sector. Under his guidance, the Atlanta Retail Services Group continues to set the standard for excellence in advisory service to owners, operators and tenants of Retail real estate assets. With an extensive background in leasing, asset management, development, acquisitions, dispositions, finance, and knowledge of retail, Mr. Wolfe enables his team to implement tailored solutions for all clients.
Mr. Wolfe began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers providing audit and consulting services to global companies. After a successful career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Mr. Wolfe joined The Shopping Center Group as a Landlord Leasing Adviser, providing leasing and marketing services to his private and publicly traded clients. Prior to joining Colliers, Tosh oversaw the regional leasing and asset management function at one of the largest Retail landlords headquartered in Georgia.
Mr. Wolfe is active in ICSC, ULI, The Commercial Board of Realtors and the Georgia Society of CPAs. He values community involvement and enjoys mentoring students and guest lecturing.
Whitney Spangler joined Colliers International in May 2013 with the focus on Landlord Representation and specializing in marketing strategies, trade area analysis, tenant merchandising, and deal making. Ms. Spangler has over a decade of experience in the real estate industry representing institutional and regional landlords with community centers and intown developments in metro Atlanta and the southeast.
Prior to joining Colliers International, Ms. Spangler was a leasing agent for Riverwood Properties, LLC and was responsible for leasing approximately 682,000± SF of unanchored leasing space and maintaining a 95% occupancy level throughout her term.
Lisa Vine is a Vice President with Colliers International Atlanta’s Retail Services Group, specializing in retail tenant representation. Lisa and her team represent retailers and restaurants in their expansion strategies and site selection throughout Atlanta and the southeast. Lisa works diligently in representing an assortment of retailers in their pursuit for the best location based on detailed research, knowledge of the market and a thorough understanding of the company and its objectives.
Lisa was awarded the Colliers International Retail Rising Star Award in 2014 and is an active participant in ICSC, Young Atlanta Retail Alliance and the JFGA Real Estate Committee. Prior to joining Colliers International, Lisa graduated from The University of Texas at Austin where she received her degree in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate.
Vice President, Brokerage
Suzanne is a key member of the Atlanta Retail Services team with extensive institutional landlord representation experience. She focuses on the marketing and leasing of retail space, as well as strategic planning, market analysis, and increasing asset value for property owners.
Suzanne brings over 15 years of real estate experience in project leasing for mixed-used developments, lifestyle centers, and grocery-anchored centers. In her previous roles, Suzanne oversaw the leasing of multiple high end mixed-use developments in the Atlanta market, as well as a retail portfolio totaling 3 million square feet that spanned five states, including Alabama, Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, and North Carolina.
Vice President, Brokerage
For 25 years, I had the pleasure of working alongside family to grow the Haverty Furniture company, where I served on the Board of Directors, VP of Marketing Programs, and VP of Merchandising and Georgia Regional Manager. Ten years ago, I started Bens.com to operate a chain of value-priced mattress, furniture, and antique stores, with day-to-day operations currently handled by a strong corporate team.
Throughout my career, I’ve negotiated several lease agreements with top developers, landlords, and retailers and developed a second passion for retail real estate. In 2018, I joined the Colliers Atlanta Retail team as a Vice President, bringing more than 30 years of experience in the retail furniture business that ranges from brick and mortar stores to eCommerce. I look forward to pursuing this passion for retail real estate from a fresh angle.
Heather Hargraves joined the Colliers – Atlanta Retail Tenant Representation team in October 2014. Working to fulfill national restaurant and retailer expansion/relocation objectives, Heather evaluates purchase and lease opportunities throughout Atlanta and the Southeast. The site selection process encompasses demographic and competitor analysis, property value negotiation, and current market knowledge.
Prior to joining the Tenant Rep Team, Heather has years of experience in Commercial Property Management and Retailer Sales & Merchandising.
Heather has a Marketing Degree from Kennesaw State University and volunteers her time with many local and industry organizations. Within the industry, she is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors (serving on the Community Services Committee), the Young Atlanta Retail Alliance, and ICSC Next Generation. Personally, Heather participates in activities with Hands On Atlanta, Feeding the Homeless Project, and Lift Up Atlanta.
