His consultancy also involves advising various leading brands on their property strategy and sourcing the stores which best serve their strategic needs.

Od 2012 roku Marta kieruje sektorem usług doradczych w zakresie nieruchomości handlowych w Dziale Doradztwa i Rozwoju Projektów Inwestycyjnych, jako Dyrektor Strategii Powierzchni Handlowych. Marta wraz z zespołem pomaga klientom przekształcić potencjał rynkowy na finansowo wykonalne programy inwestycyjne obejmujące strategie zagospodarowania nieruchomości od typowo handlowych, poprzez te o przeznaczeniu typu „mix used”.

Marta has been active on the Polish retail real estate market since the mid 90’s, gaining her professional experience in such companies as: Atomic Entertainment, Ahold Poland, Donaldsons, DTZ and from 2012 with Colliers International.
At Colliers Marta is the Director of Retail Strategies within the Development Advisory Services department. With the development team Marta supports Clients in transforming market potential into financially feasible investment programs, including typical shopping centers as well as “mix used” type projects.
Since 2013 Marta also leads Colliers’ Retail Agency. The team of experts under Marta’s leadership develops strategic advisory and transaction services dedicated to both landlords and tenants.
Marta’s experience includes asset management, center marketing, leasing of retail space, investment advisory and strategic advisory for owners of shopping centres.
Working both for owners and developers of shopping centres Marta advised on:
• evaluating and preparing development plans for developers,
• re-commercialization and repositioning of existing shopping centres,
• creating and implementing marketing of leasing strategies.

During her studies at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Tanja Tanczer completed several internships at well-known real estate companies including BUWOG, UNIQA Real Estate, Strabag Real Estate and Bondi Consult. She also worked at a luxury fashion store in Vienna during her studies as a purchasing manager.
In August 2017 Tanczer decided to combine her expertise in fashion and real estate and joined Colliers International Austria as a Retail Consultant.
In 2019 she did not only become a member of the Colliers EMEA Retail Core Team, but also became Senior Retail Consultant.
In August 2020 she got appointed as Head of Retail.
