The diagnostic considers key business drivers combined with market supply data to score locations by viability for a flexible workspace solution.
- Step 1: We analyse key business drivers to score locations by their business case for flexibility and assign each location a ‘flex score’
- Step 2: We identify target locations for flexibility based on the highest overall scores
- Step 3: We utilize our global research to rank the maturity of flexible workspace supply in the target markets (‘supply score’)
- Step 4: We overlay the ‘flex score’ with the ‘supply score’ to grade all the opportunities by combined score

Tom Sleigh joined Colliers in 2019 as Head of Flexible Workplace Consultancy in the EMEA region. Tom supports occupier clients in the execution of their flexible workspace strategy and requirements, in addition to advising flexible operators on their expansion strategy throughout EMEA. He also supports real estate investors considering entering the sector, specialising in partnerships between asset owners and operators.

Prior to cross-qualifying as a surveyor in 2016, Robert spent 5 years working in law at law firms Linklaters and Eversheds. Whilst at Linklaters, Robert completed an international secondment in Hong Kong as well as a client secondment at Lehman Brothers.
Robert embarked on his property career at Gerald Eve in 2014, where he successfully undertook his APC and also completed a client secondment at The Office Group.
Robert joined Colliers EMEA Corporate Solutions team in 2018 working as a global account manager.

Charlie is a Senior Surveyor in the London Occupier Advisory team where he provides expert advice to companies focusing within the London Office Market. Charlie’s specialist advice includes office acquisitions; lease re-gears; renewals; landlord & tenant disposals.
Charlie graduated from Oxford Brookes University in 2017 where he studied Real Estate Management. Charlie joined the Colliers Graduate Scheme where he gained experience working with Landlord’s and Tenant’s on office rent reviews, lease Renewals, acquisitions and disposals in Central London and Loan Security Valuations across the UK.

With over a decade of experience in commercial property, Peter has worked across a variety of different areas. Joining Colliers in May 2018, he works within in the London offices occupier advisory team, developing new business opportunities helping tenants to identify and develop a property strategy built around their wider business objectives.
In addition, Peter advises clients who are looking for shorter term, flexible leases, through procuring serviced offices and co-working space. From start-ups to established corporate clients, he is well placed to provide real estate solutions that meet the short and long term goals.

A native of San Diego, California, Tanya moved to Paris in 2019, and joined the Colliers Tenant Rep team a year later. A 14-year veteran of the real estate industry, Tanya began her career in commercial property management at San Diego-based SENTRE, Inc., managing multiple portfolios of office, retail, and light industrial assets for both institutional and private investors, prior to launching the company's value-add multi-family platform in 2012, playing a key role in acquisitions, operations, and repositioning strategies for each new asset in the fund. After nine years with SENTRE, she moved on to asset management roles at ColRich ($150M / 5 multi-family assets in Houston & San Antonio) and subsequently Paragon Real Estate Investments, where she was oversaw the family office's $250M urban retail and creative office fund, covering 20 assets in various major cities accross the U.S.
Tanya holds a Master's Degreen in Real Estate Finance from l'Ecole Supérieure des Professions Immobilières (ESPI), and a Bachelor's Degree from Point Loma Nazarene University (San Diego, California) in Business Administration and Romance Languages.

Paul has over 19 years in years experience in the commercial property sector and joined the Colliers team in 2004 folllowing a 3 year period at Allied Irish Bank Plc. He is joint head of the offices department in Dublin and specialises in the acquisition of office space for incoming multi-national companies.
In 2019, Paul acted for LinkedIn in the largest office transaction of the year where they pre-let 3 office blocks in the CBD as part of their long term expansion plans in Dublin. This success has continued into 2020 where Paul acted for Slack in the largest city centre acquiistion year to date on behalf of Slack Technologies.
Paul is a licensed professional and a full member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI) and Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)
