Managing Director Cross Border Capital Markets

I started with Colliers in 2003 working as Director of Corporate Development with a focus on mergers and acquistions across the globe. After leading the acquisitions of the Colliers businesses in Russia, Ukraine, and South East Europe, I relocated to the Czech Republic in 2007 to take on the role of Head of Operations for Eastern Europe. I was responsible for the day-to-day oversight, integration and coordination of the 13 countries. In 2012 I accepted the position of Regional Managing Director for South East Europe. In this position I was responsible for business development, key accounts, investment sales and overall business accountability.
In 2014 I left Colliers to run one of the largest private family offices in the middle east. This involved leading all asset management, acquisitions and dispositions across the globe and the overall leadership of the organization.
In early 2017 I returned to Colliers in my current role. My focus is on driving our investment sales business across Central Europe. This means strategically managing regional investment relationships, connecting opportunities and guiding the overall strategy of the service line. I also have leadership responsibility for the Central Europe businesses as a whole and work closely with the local leaders to grow our businesses.

Andrew works in the London Capital Markets Team where he is responsible for international capital moving towards London and the rest of the UK and Europe. He advises a number of investors on sales, acquisitions, asset management and development funding. Andrew is an established member of the London Market and has 26 years of experience.
Andrew graduated from Magdalene College, Cambridge University and joined Cushman & Wakefield in September 1989 where he became one of the founding members of the Central London team. Andrew recently moved to Colliers International where he continuing to service his clients.

Antoine joins Colliers from Cushman & Wakefield, where he was Head of France and a member of the EMEA Executive Committee. His expertise in corporate real estate services brings a wealth of experience spanning more than 30 years, having held senior positions with CBRE, BNP Paribas Real Estate and Ernst & Young. He is well known for his client focus, strategic vision and enterprising spirit.

Prior to this, Yves set-up the Advisory department of DTZ (now ‘Cushman & Wakefield’) for Luxembourg and Belgium.
Managing Director | Capital Markets
Alberto Díaz is Managing Director of the Capital Markets Department at Colliers International. He has more than 15 years of experience and has developed most of his professional career in irea, a company integrated into the current Colliers in 2018 and in which he became Senior Director of the Corporate Finance division.
His experience is focused on real estate assets and corporate transactions, as well as financing structuring and distressed situations, having advised on transactions for more than 15,000 million euros.
In recent years he has specialised in structuring investment operations in the real estate sector, leading the relationship with international funds and creating alliances between developers and local equity companies and institutional funds.
Executive Director & Partner | MRICS
Peter is Executive Director and heads Colliers’ Danish Investment & Capital Markets teams. Peter provides strategic property consultancy services and facilitates the sale of commercial and investment properties, including hotels and shopping centres, as well as property portfolios and companies.
Jørgen started working for Colliers International in 2005 and has worked as a transaction broker since 2007. Jørgen has throughout the years worked on numerous transactions across all segments in the Norwegian Commercial Real estate market, representing large domestic and international clients. Since 2017 Jørgen has been Head of the Investment and Transactions department at Colliers Norway.
Director I Partner
Joachim started in the Real Estate industry in 2000 at NCC Property Development in Gothenburg. 2011 he joined Colliers and the Capital Markets Team and since 2017 he's responsible for our office in Gothenburg and a member of the Management Team . The interest in Real Estate, and deals in particular, led Joachim to switch to the consulting side in 2004. During all these years, Joachim has mainly worked with transactions in Gothenburg but also across the country together with both national and international customers. No deals have been too small or too big. All deals are unique in terms of different properties, location, customer and size.
Head of Capital Markets | Germany
I have been active in the real estate sector for about 20 years. Previously, Managing Director at Eastdil Securd I was repsonsible for growing the company’s business throughout Germany. Prior to that I worked at JLL, where most recently I was Regional Director and Head of their Frankfurt Office Investment team, responsible for large volume transactions such as Commerzbank Towers (EUR 700mn) to Samsung, Messeturm (c.300mn) to Blackstone and Skyper to Allianz (c. EUR 300mn). Beside portfolio and single asset investment sales I have experience in corporate finance, letting/tenant representation and valuations.
Stanislav Bibik is a Partner and a Board Member of Colliers in Russia.
Stanislav has worked in commercial real estate since 2004 advising clients on Russian and international real estate markets. During his work experience, he has acquired a deep knowledge of the property and capital markets and a broad network of contacts among the major players in the industry. Throughout his career, Stanislav has participated in investment transactions with a total value of over $10 billion. In 2007–2008, Stanislav worked in London where he was involved in private equity transactions and corporate finance with a focus on retail markets in the UK and Central and Eastern Europe.
Stanislav joined Colliers in 2013 as an Executive Director and was responsible for the development of investment services in Russia. Stanislav has also served as a Board Member since 2013. In 2016, Stanislav became a Partner of Colliers Russia and is responsible for the investment department, the street retail department as well as the general development of Colliers' business by seeking new projects in valuation, consulting, agency and management services in the retail and office real estate segments.
Prior to joining Colliers, Stanislav worked over 10 years for Cushman & Wakefield, where as a Partner being responsible for capital markets and valuation for the key clients. At the moment of his appointment in 2011 Stanislav was the youngest Partner of Cushman & Wakefield globally.
Stanislav is a Board Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and a Chairman of RICS Assessment Commission. He also worked on the translation and adaptation of RICS valuation standards (Red Book) into Russian language.
Stanislav graduated with distinction from the Moscow Aviation Institute, he holds a master's degree in real estate from the College of Estate Management in the UK, a diploma in business valuation from the Professional Valuation Institute of Financial Academy of the Russian Federation, as well as diplomas from CCIM and MRICS.
In 2019, Stanislav was named Personality of the Year by the prestigious CRE Federal Awards.
In 2020 Stanislav was named Personality of the Year according to prestigious CRE Moscow Awards.
Managing Partner | Turkey
I have been managing Colliers International in Turkey for the past 15 years, in the capacity of Managing Partner.
My main emphasis during this period; along with the general management of the company, was directing the agency and brokerage services for commercial real estate, helping clients in projects totalling to over a million square meters of leased and sold space.
Prior to the role of Managing Partner, I have been directing the real estate valuation & advisory services, between 2000 and 2004, creating a reference portfolio of over 30 million square meters valued or analyzed, including offices, retail, residential, hotels, and mix-use projects.
I am also one of the founders of Colliers International in Turkey.

Filip joined Colliers in June 2012 as a Senior Consultant in the Investment and Corporate Advisory Services department with a focus on valuations for retail, office, residential, hotel and industrial properties. Soon he gained expertise in commercial real estate and took over business development of investment advisory and CRE consultancy lines for three markets – Croatia, Slovenia and BiH.
Due to the pace of his advancement, responsibilities, deliveries, dedication and comprehensive knowledge of commercial real estate market, in January 2016 Filip was promoted to Partner and Director within Colliers International Croatia.
Besides holding a management board position, and being responsible for strategic positioning and continuous growth of the business, Filip’s role within a team is to educate and mentor people to ensure high quality, timely and profound advisory services.
Prior to joining Colliers, Filip was working in financial industry - banking and insurance.
Senior Partner | Head of Investment Services
Piotr Mirowski joined Colliers International in 2006 as an analyst in the CEE Investment Services Department and is currently responsible for operations and management of the team in Poland. His previous professional experience includes Deloitte’s Audit Department. In 2014, Piotr became a partner in the firm.
Piotr’s scope of responsibilities includes structuring and execution of property sale processes, commercial due diligence, financial modeling, commercial negotiation of sale and purchase contracts and transaction coordination in order to ensure that milestones are met successfully and on time.

Andy joined Colliers International in 2015 as Director and Head of Investment Services and has been the firm to establish itself as the leading investment consultancy business in the Czech & Slovak Republics.
Andy graduated from the University of Aberdeen with a Masters Degree in Land Economy and is a member of RICS.
Andy’s scope of responsibilities includes the structuring and execution of property asset sales and acquisitions, both buy & sell-side commercial due diligence and advisory, commercial negotiations of sales and purchase contracts and supplementary transactional documentation as well as transaction co-ordination. Andy differentiates his services through exceptional client care and attention to detail ensuring the best terms for his clients.
Director, Head of Investment | Hungary
Bence Vécsey joined Colliers International in 2013 as Director and Head of Investment Services and has been responsible for management and operations of the team in Hungary helping the firm to establish itself as the leading investment consultancy business in the country. Bence graduated from the Budapest University of Economics Sciences with majors in Capital Markets and Corporate Finance and was a member of RICS.
Bence’s scope of responsibilities includes structuring and execution of property sale and acqusition processes, commercial due diligence and advisory, commercial negotiation of sale and purchase contracts and supplementary transactional documentation in addition to deal coordination in order to ensure that clients’ milestones are met successfully and on time.

Robert was born and raised in Romania, attended Emanuel University of Oradea and joined Colliers International in 2006. Since entering the real estate services industry, he has focused his activities on consulting, research and the sale of investment properties. Robert deals with private and institutional investors and remains up-to-date on product and global and local market context.
