How to build world class teams

CRE report website monika rajska wolinska hero

Creating great teams has always been a challenge, but the pandemic has made it even more strenuous. It is not about talent acquisition, as with remote work becoming more common the pool of potential employees has broadened significantly. The key is rather ensuring the teams newcomers join maintain high levels of engagement, the spark of innovation and the sense of belonging to an organisation which is rooted in a shared vision and values.

This is dependent on organisational culture which, if properly and strategically created and managed, helps leaders not only retain high quality employees, but also build world-class teams. In our ‘CRE - Our industry today, tomorrow & beyond’ report I share strategies for creating and maintaining effective teams, which play an essential role in the success of organisations as conditions continue to shift.
