I am Head of the Facility Management Consultancy Department and working for clients in the Netherlands and EMEA. I advice clients on a range of Facility Management and Real Estate topics,  including benchmarking, setting up facility services, outsourcing, strategic FM, customer satisfaction,  sustainability and circularity. 

Dataspecialist and business consultant. I specialise in finding the right tools en data to help users do their day-to-day work, provide the tactical information required for clients and managers and aggregate data for trend analysis and market comparisons. .

Facility Management and Real Estate benchmarks and performance management dashboards are examples in which I participated during the last 10 years. 

Before, I worked for over 10 years in designing and implementing IWMS, focussing on service management tools that link the facility management department with their clients.
