Colliers extends global partnership with Nestle

Colliers Occupier Services is pleased to announce the successful completion of a five-year extension of their global services agreement with Nestle, including portfolio strategy, transaction advisory, lease administration and Colliers360 business intelligence dashboards.  Colliers has also provided extensive consulting services to help the Nestle Global Real Estate organization accelerate the value they deliver to their internal customers around the world.

Ten strategic initiatives were developed and successfully implemented, including governance to help the global Nestle GRE team centralize activities, raise focus on asset disposition opportunities, demonstrating value to being including the retail store portfolio in our collective scope of work, and a marketing strategy to increase visibility for the GRE team with their internal customers.
