ESG champion will accelerate delivery of real estate performance solutions

Andy Hay, Managing Director of Property Management & ESG at Colliers EMEA will lead the firm’s delivery of ESG client solutions across EMEA, with immediate effect. Having been the leader of the EMEA Property Management business since 2019, expanding his role to be responsible for ESG client solutions is a natural progression for Andy. As a well-known industry expert, Andy has championed Colliers’ development of ESG strategies for real estate investor and owner clients and the resultant impact on fulfilling occupiers’ ESG expectations for some time.

“We offer a unique and differentiated advisory and delivery service that focuses on developing the right strategy for our clients’ businesses and accelerating their real estate performance by utilising our expertise and technology. We have developed multiple market-leading solutions across our markets, to deliver customised strategic planning and performance analytics for portfolios. I look forward to leveraging all our expertise for clients, aligned to the specific needs of their business and their commercial real estate,” said Andy Hay, Managing Director, EMEA Property Management & ESG.

“With extensive ESG expertise in our countries across EMEA, I’m excited to drive ESG solutions and standards of excellence across the region, bringing our best-in-class solutions to our clients and delivering greater ESG performance in collaboration with our local market experts,” added Andy.

Davoud Amel-Azizpour, CEO of Colliers EMEA, commented: “I am delighted to see Andy enhance our drive for ESG service excellence across EMEA. As the leader of the Property Management business, he is already advising on how to address the challenges that ESG regulations bring for investors and owners and capture opportunities to elevate real estate performance. By ensuring there is core alignment on the ESG advisory service and market-leading solutions we can offer in EMEA, our on-the-ground experts will be enabled further with cross-border solutions to enhance the delivery of ESG performance for our clients and their real estate portfolios.”

Concluding Andy said: “I look forward to engaging and advising clients on the latest trends, regulations and innovations – ultimately delivering an industry-leading ESG solutions service in EMEA.”
