It’s become obvious over a number of years that Colliers has significant momentum in the industry, which is underpinned with a very progressive approach that enables people to deliver exceptional client outcomes. I am excited to start working for the wider Occupier Services organisation across EMEA as we guide our clients through the post-Covid-19 hybrid working world and embrace ESG as a core lever to drive value for our enterprise clients.”

Andrew Hallissey, Executive Managing Director of Occupier Services in EMEA, added: “Mary-Louise’s depth of experience will be crucial to our enterprise clients who are facing the huge challenge of transforming their real estate and workplace experience as part of the new hybrid working world. She is an exceptional leader with a true passion for maximising the potential of the built environment to enable positive change for people, businesses and communities.  We look forward to further enabling our clients to rethink their legacy real estate, workplace strategies and to guide their organisations into the future.”

In addition to Mary-Louise’s wealth of professional knowledge, she has been a keen supporter of peers and future leaders through participation in industry bodies. She is currently a board member of CoreNet UK, co-leader of their communities programme and in 2022 will take up the post of CoreNet UK President.

Chris McLernon, CEO of Colliers in EMEA, concluded: “This is an important appointment for our clients and EMEA and global business. Mary-Louise is a highly respected industry leader with a tremendous depth of client-side and real estate services expertise.
