Colliers announces end of affiliations in Serbia and Greece


Colliers continues to build market leading EMEA platform and seeks new partners in Serbia and Greece.

Leading diversified professional services and investment management company Colliers (NASDAQ and TSX: CIGI) today announced the end of its affiliation with its partner in Serbia (AVT RE DOO) and Greece (AVTB Private Company), effective immediately.

Colliers intends to maintain its strong reputation as a market leading transactional and advisory business, and offer best in class services to domestic and international investor and occupier clients across Serbia and Greece.  A strategic review will be led by Colliers CEO | EMEA to seek new partners and leaders in both countries, and ensure Colliers delivers an enhanced presence in the region. 

Currently providing advice to a number of multi-national corporations, developers and investors, Colliers intends to build its future business in the countries upon existing strong foundations, through which 4,000 professionals operate from 39 countries across the EMEA region.
