Nicolas Roy appointed the new Head of Industrial & Logistics at Colliers Germany


Consolidating leading market position is the main focus

Frankfurt,  March 2, 2021 - Leading diversified professional services and investment management firm, Colliers today announced that Nicolas Roy, MRICS has been appointed as Head of Industrial & Logistics in Germany, effective 1 March. 

Nicolas Roy joins Colliers from Europa Capital, where he has spent the past five years managing transactions across all asset classes from the London office. He brings a wealth of international experience in the areas of private equity, value-add deals and logistics investments. As an outstanding capital markets expert he has an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the requirements of international investors acquired, among others, at KPMG in the Mergers & Acquisitions - Real Estate practice.  
Colliers in Germany intends to further expand its leading market position in the Industrial & Logistics sector. "Colliers is the leading transaction advisor in the field of leasing and sales. It is important to dovetail this strength even more with complementary buy-side advisory, to provide our clients with enhanced advice.
