Colliers International EMEA has announced the appointment of Robert Campkin as EMEA Head of Corporate Capital Solutions (CCS) – a new role created to bridge the gap between the investor and occupier sectors in the areas of capital markets and corporate finance for corporate clients.
With over 20 years’ experience, Robert is a global real estate occupier specialist with a strong track record of advising clients on strategy and transactional activity across the US, EMEA and Asia Pacific regions, with a particular focus on banking and the financial services sectors.

Robert joins Colliers from Singaporean asset manager, Swiss-Asia, where for the last 18 months he led the real estate advisory services for the firm, working with the private High Net Worth (HNW) and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients of Swiss-Asia’s wealth management business in Hong Kong and Singapore.  During his 11 years in Singapore, Robert held a range of other corporate investment and capital markets advisory roles with Pepper Property, JLL and DTZ.

In his new role at Colliers, Robert will be responsible for growing and advising Colliers’ EMEA corporate occupier client base on asset monetisation, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, acquisitions, divestments, built-to-suit opportunities and portfolio strategy.

Andrew Hallissey, Executive Managing Director, Colliers EMEA Occupier Services, said: “Rob’s appointment reinforces our focus on providing occupier clients with a market leading service capability to drive greater value creation through innovative deal strategy.  It will enable occupier clients to leverage the full depth of our global capital markets platform and deliver high value asset and portfolio strategies.”

Robert Campkin added: “I am excited to join Colliers’ dynamic and entrepreneurial team of occupier services experts at what is a particularly exciting time for the business. I look forward to working closely with Andrew and the wider global platform to establish this new CCS function, providing bespoke and sophisticated capital markets and corporate financial advice to Colliers’ growing occupier client base across the EMEA region.”

Colliers’ CEO EMEA, Chris McLernon, concludes: “This latest appointment is an exciting development in the ongoing growth of Colliers EMEA and with Robert at the helm of our new Corporate Capital Solutions offering, I have no doubt this new service line will be well received by our existing and prospective clients.”
