Ausencio Lomelín brings over 26 years of real estate experience. He is one of the cofounders and Colliers International Mexico and has the role of Director of the Colliers International Mexico City office. Ausencio has extensive experience in sizable investment and leasing transactions and brings to this team his extensive relationships with local and national investors, as well as promoting within the Colliers International brokerage organization.

My expertise comes from having worked along the US-Mexico border, in cities such as Tijuana, Mexicali, Ciudad Juárez, Nuevo Laredo, Reynosa and Matamoros. I also worked in non-bordering cities, such as Monterrey, Saltillo, San Luis Potosí, Querétaro, Puebla and Mexico City. My responsibility goes from picking a location to finalizing, launching and administering any commercial, housing and industrial developments.
I have accumulated over 27 years of corporate experience. From 1995 to 2003 I worked with an Industrial Real-Estate Developer in Latin America, FINSA-AIG Real Estate, occupying both regional and national-level positions. From 2003 to 2005, myself acted as Senior Broker for Colliers International in charge of International Corporate Accounts, and I was a member of the Colliers International Cross Border Team, where I acted as consultant for foreign companies looking for Real Estate investment opportunities in Mexico. From 2005 to 2007, I worked as Director of Hunt Oil in Mexico, where my responsibilities included launching and administering commercial, housing and industrial developments as well as establishing partnership opportunities. From 2007 up to today, I participate as a Board Member on two companies: MB Consulting Services focused on Energy and Industrial Corporate Services focused on financial services for Real Estate.

Over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing activities, leading sales teams and developing real estate solutions for customers in the industrial, offices, retail and residential market. His experience in the real estate industry has been related with all types of products from low income housing, residential products, golf courses, shopping centers, tourist developments, industrial developments and mixed-use complexes. Juan Carlos joined Colliers in July 2014.

Andrés joined Colliers in 2003 and began his development as an industrial specialist. Today he manages Colliers International´s office in Mexico's Bajio Region and heads Colliers' Industrial brokerage division.
He is an expert in México's Bajío Region which has become the Country's hub for Automotive, Aerospace and Logistics industries. From his financial background, he brings finance analytics to the table as well as high level connections and renowned negotiation skills.

As the Managing Director for the Cd. Juarez, Mexico office, Jaen is responsible for the operational aspect of the whole team. Since entering the industry in 2004, he has worked understanding the potential of the market, looking overseas and understanding that our global platform could be reached understanding the potential of each client .
Jaen has strong professional relationships in the local and national markets, remains current on property availability all across Mexico and brings a wealth of knowledge of the industrial real estate market.
