In Colliers International, I provide sustainable building consulting services to our constumers, to help them obtain LEED, BOMA BEST, FITWEL, or other sustainable building certification of their interest, according to the services we provide in the area. I also provide technical support to our business development area, to correctly advise potential customers.

In the past seven years of my professional career, I have specialized in the sustainable building industry by being involved in diverse projects searching for LEED Certification, participating as a constructor, as a provider, and as a LEED consultant. In the previous organization where I collaborated, I had the opportunity to coordinate a project team to carry out the correct planning and implementation of strategies to obtain LEED certification. I have also gained knowledge in the sustainable building industry by obtaining my master´s degree in sustainable technology and by achieving the LEED AP BD+C, LEED AP ID+C and Fitwel Ambassador accreditations, as well as completing several courses and workshops related to the topic.

I have also collaborated in the commercial area of two international company suppliers related to the construction industry as well, where I provided customer service, conducting follow-ups, delivering quotations and brand positioning in the public and private sector. I also have experience in the construction project budgeting control area, material purchasing procedures, and building projects analysis.
