The Project

Woolworths HQ is a corporate campus comprising of three inter-connecting buildings, housing A-grade office accommodation, a data centre and convenience retail amenities. Located 35 kilometres northwest of Sydney CBD, at Norwest Business Park, the property comes with ample parking space, bearing 3,120 parking bays and is well connected between two metro stations (Norwest and Bella Vista). It is also within proximity to key motorways.

The property was constructed in 2005 and has a total site area of 90,010sqm, with a total net lettable area (NLA) of 44,911sqm. The site has not been fully developed in accordance with Masterplan DA/3289/02, which include future phases for the construction of three additional office buildings and associated parking, offering future expansion and development potential.

The Result

The asset was sold via an International Expressions of Interest (EOI) campaign on behalf of the vendor. It was a competitive process, to which AIMS APAC REIT became the successful purchaser.
