The property is fully leased to GMK Logistics for a further 4.2 years, who have occupied the facility since its construction.

The property, known as the premium cross dock logistics facility within the South-West, offers generic clear span warehousing to a height of 13 metres, high-quality corporate office accommodation, over 14,000m² of heavy-duty external pavements, and benefits from full drive around track access with dedicated ingress and egress points.
