The freehold, nine-storey industrial property offered a low yield – which is typically not favoured by institutional investors – as the anchor tenant was due to vacate the premises when the lease expired at the end 2019.

By building trusted relationships, she has successfully entered into joint ventures with both CapitaLand and City Developments Limited (CDL), during her stint on the buy-side with Wells Fargo (then Wachovia Real Estate).
