As a Founding Member of the Property Industry chapter of the Champions of Change Coalition I am personally committed to achieving gender equity and a sustainable increase in the representation of women in leadership at Colliers. The increasing number of women who have joined Colliers and have been promoted is not only a testament to the calibre of professionals that we hire, but is also a reflection of our culture. We are proud of our accomplishments and the real action we continue to take, most recently around appropriate flexibility policies tailored to each of our markets, the extensive training that we provide to our people, developing and signing our Global Diversity and Inclusion Statement and ultimately the result we achieved in our last Global Engagement Survey where 90% of our people in Asia Pacific ranked that regardless of background everyone at Colliers has an equal opportunity to succeed.”
