Colliers appoints new Head of Industrial Advisory for Asia

Lynus Pook joins Colliers as Senior Director of Industrial Advisory

HONG KONG, 1 April 2021 –
Leading diversified professional services and investment management firm Colliers (NASDAQ and TSX: CIGI) today announced that Lynus Pook has been appointed as Senior Director, Regional Industrial Advisory | Asia, effective immediately.

Based in Singapore, Pook is tasked with identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with industrial owners, occupiers, developers and investors as part of the regional industrial advisory platform.

Reporting into Michael Bowens, Executive Director, Regional Tenant Rep, | Asia Pacific, Pook will work closely with all major regional service lines, including Tenant Representation & Brokerage, Capital Markets & Investment Services, Corporate Solutions and Project Management.

Pook joins Colliers from Cushman & Wakefield, where he was Director of Data Centre & Real Estate Brokerage and spearheaded the company’s data centre service line in Singapore. With more than 15 years of real estate experience, Pook is a Certified Data Centre Specialist with a proven track record in Industrial brokerage. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Pook also held roles at Credit Suisse Beijing and Savills Singapore.
