As the Chief Executive Officer, Gareth is responsible for leading the Colliers New Zealand business, which includes nearly 750 experts across 30 locations.
Gareth’s responsibilities include guiding the strategy and growth of the New Zealand business and he works closely with the Colliers APAC and global teams to maximise collaboration and implement global initiatives.
He has extensive experience in the Australasian property market having first joined Colliers in 2000 and worked across multiple service lines, including Real Estate Management, Occupier Services, Leasing and Sales. He worked in the banking sector from 2005-2011 before returning to Colliers.
Prior to becoming CEO, Gareth led the Investment Sales team at Colliers for eight years.
Mark joined Colliers International in 1989, when the company was first established in New Zealand. He assisted in establishing the leasing and agency side of the business in Auckland.
In 1994 Mark was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Colliers in New Zealand. Since then, he has grown the Colliers team in New Zealand from 75 to nearly 750 staff.
Mark completed a successful tenure as CEO in April 2023 and moved to the position of Executive Chairman, which involves assisting Colliers New Zealand CEO Gareth Fraser with strategic planning, growth through acquisitions, building relationships with key clients, and recruitment and retention of senior personnel.
I have over 23 years' experience in the China real estate market, working in both developers, occupiers and brokerage sides. I have worked in Guangzhou, Shanghai, Beijng, Shenyang, Chengdu and Xi'an. My expertise includes site selection, acquisition, disposition and portfolio strategy for occupiers, as well as development consulting, portfolio strategy, investment, project lease and sales for developers and investors. Because of my diversed experience in the industry, I have indepth knowledge in real estate policy and market dynamics in the China market, providing real insight and value to my clients.
I started my career in residential and retail brokerage. Then start focusng on Industrial properties since 2006. In 2017, I was responsible for Colliers' West China business, covering Chengdu, Xi'an and Chongqing. In 2019, I was promoted as the Managing Director of China for Colliers, responsible for the full scope of businesses all over China.
A civil engineer and established entrepreneur whose career spans over four decades, Sankey Prasad is an eminent leader in the real estate and construction industry. Beginning his professional journey back in 1983, he garnered rich and comprehensive industry experience over the next two decades by working with leading real estate players in India and overseas. He founded Synergy Property Development Services in 2003, which grew to be the largest project management firm in the country.
Synergy's growing presence and Sankey's credibility as a trusted leader led to leading US-based investment firm, Blackstone Inc., announcing an $18 million investment in the company, in 2008. The global private equity conglomerate held a 35% stake in Synergy, its first real estate investment in India. Following Colliers International’s acquisition of Synergy in 2019, Sankey was appointed Chairman & Managing Director for Colliers India. The firm transacts, builds and manages real estate assets for investors, occupiers and developers, and Sankey carries out the pivotal role of driving strategy and growth for the Indian market. As Managing Director and Country Head of Japan, Yukihiro is responsible for leading the growth of Colliers’ business in Japan and oversees the Tokyo and Osaka offices.
With over 40years of industry experience, Yukihiro was Executive Managing Director of CBRE’s Capital Markets Division in Japan and champions the company’s strategy to capture more Japanese capital into regional and global markets.
He brings comprehensive knowledge of sourcing on domestic and foreign funds; structuring finance deals; supervising international business initiatives; and overseeing the acquisition and management of office buildings, hotels, housing developments and land acquisitions.
He supervised all international business for Sumitomo and subsequently worked in the commercial real estate brokerage business at Sumitomo Real Estate Sales. He also was the Board of Directors for Sumitomo Real Estate Investment Advisors.
Previously, he held the position of Senior Statutory Executive Officer Head of Real Estate Services at Ichigo Group Holdings. While there, he successfully developed and spearheaded the firm’s real estate sourcing and acquisitions businesses, in addition to leading its Osaka office.
Andrew joined Colliers Taiwan in August 2006, and is responsible for management and operation of the Taiwan office, which is staffed by over 250 real estate professionals. He oversees all the activities for the branch, including new business development, strategy management , client relationship management, investment advisory, real estate management and brokerage services.
With over 25 years of research and consultancy experience, Richard has been involved in various projects in Asia. He has been involved in various projects in Asia particularly the Philippines, Hong Kong, China, Indonesia, Korea, Malaysia, Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand. This has covered sectors from simple developments to large-scale mixed uses with office, retail, residential, hotel, industrial and institutional land uses.
Richard has been involved in complex assignments that entail creative solutions. This would include brand conceptualization, destination development, land use spatial analysis and marketing strategies.
Mike is the longest serving expatriate at any Indonesian property consultant having relocated to Jakarta in 1992 to found and manage a new Indonesian property consultancy which focused on tenant and investor representation. The employees and business of that firm were combined with those of Colliers in 2004 when Mike assumed the management of Colliers' Indonesian operations.
Mike is a US citizen who was born and lived in southern California until his family relocated to Dallas, Texas where he completed high school and obtained his BBA from Southern Methodist University in 1977. In 1979, he earned an MBA from the University of Texas in Austin and joined Republic Bank Dallas where he was promoted to the position of Vice President in the Real Estate Banking Group. From 1984 through 1992, Mike worked in various capacities for Trammell Crow Interests including as the General Manager - Far East Development beginning in 1989.​
Sungwook Cho is the Head of Capital Markets & Investment Services at Colliers International Korea. He is an industry veteran with 20+ years of commercial real estate experience, recording more than USD 15 billion in transaction volume with a proven track record that includes many landmark assets across the commercial, retail, and development sectors in Korea.

Chris Pilgrim is the Managing Director of Colliers Asia Pacific Capital Markets business and holds a senior leadership position within the Global Capital Markets platform. Based in Singapore, he has responsibility for driving significant growth across Colliers Capital Markets platform in Asia Pacific, whilst he continues to specialise in the deployment of capital into real estate globally. In the last three years, our Capital Markets teams have been involved in over US$230 billion worth of transactions. In addition to being a qualified Chartered Surveyor, Chris sits on the Asia Pacific Executive Committee at Colliers.
Chris has deep experience advising, structuring and transacting across the risk return spectrum. PRIOR EXPERIENCE
Prior to joining Colliers, I worked within the Research Department of the Property Council of Australia (PCA), then with a boutique firm of Valuers & Land Economists, where I was involved in the valuation of residential property predominantly for first mortgage security purposes, as well as commercial and retail rental advice.
Kane has over 25 years of experience in the New Zealand, Australian and UK real estate sector.
Kane’s experience is truly global having provided valuation and advisory services throughout the Pacific along with various pan-European and pan-Asian portfolio valuation assignments. In the UK he was directly involved in some of the largest development and land transactions including support for a corporate acquisition by US logistics giant Prologis and the provision of feasibility studies for the development of London’s Stratford regeneration, which included Westfield Stratford and the surrounds. Kane specialised in retail valuations while in Sydney and valued some of Australia’s largest Shopping Centres. Since returning to New Zealand in 2012, he has focused on Auckland’s CBD Office market along with mixed use and residential development valuations.
Kane is a past member of the Auckland Branch committee of the NZIV and was the Deputy Chairman for the New South Wales RICS board between 2009 and 2011. He is a RICS Assessor and has been part of the Oceania Valuation Standards Board along with being Chairman of RICS New Zealand between 2014 and 2020. My role is that of General Counsel & Company Secretary | Asia Pacific. I joined Colliers in 2004 and have held various roles since that time.
I oversee all legal, company secretarial, risk management, insurance and internal audit functions. With my team, I am responsible for the company secretarial functions for all entities across the group; contract management and tendering; mergers, acquisitions, divestments and joint ventures; workplace relations advice; franchising law; litigation and claims management; trade practices compliance; risk management advice, insurance cover and placement; and internal audit and compliance.
Prior to joining Colliers, I held a number of senior legal roles, both in-house and in private practice.
Michelle is an ambitious & passionate sales and marketing leader as Director, Asian Markets | Marketing & Communications Asia Pacific. She oversees the regional marketing strategy across growth markets, and regional service lines to amplify our brand, and leads the client engagement marketing strategy for the Business Development Centre to strategically identify, develop and convert priority client pursuits. Michelle has a demonstrated track record linking client needs to effective sales and marketing strategies within commercial real estate for over 12 years, with 6 years in Asia. Clients include large developers, institutional investors, MNC occupiers and corporate domestic and international companies across APAC.
Prior to Colliers, Michelle led sales, marketing and media advertising strategies for one of Australia’s largest property developers Stockland in the commercial property sector, and accommodation property management company Mantra Group (now Accor) in corporate sales and marketing, with additional experience within the financial and hospitality sectors.
She has a passion for learning and recently completed her MBA with Distinction at Sydney Business School, UOW in Singapore.

As the Chief Operating Officer of Colliers Australia, Simon is passionate about leading the business and providing a focus on growth. Simon has been with Colliers for 30 years, joining the Office Leasing team in 1993, working his way up to the Managing Director role in 2005, and now taking on the COO role from 2023. Simon holds several other senior positions within the company including the interim Managing Director of Occupier Services, a member of the ANZ Executive, Executive Leadership Team and Senior Leadership Team. Simon is a Licenced Estate Agent and a member of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria, Property council of Australia and RICS - Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyor
Oliver has over 27 years’ experience in the construction industry. He is responsible as Managing Director for all projects in China and outside China involving Chinese firms and undertaken by Colliers and has full profit centre responsibility for the UK project management holding company and its two China subsidiaries (here referred to as the PjM China Group). All support function for the PjM China Group companies are managed within the PjM China Group under Oliver’s control (Finance, HSE, IT, HR and Administration) with only Compliance auditing being handled by the overall Collier’s holding company as an independent function. The PjM China Group also appoints its own professional advisers (legal, accounting and audit) and arranges its own PI insurance (through one of the ACE brokers, being a member of the UK ACE). All these functions are under Oliver’s leadership and control. The PjM China Group has undertaken over 1000 projects in China for some 400 clients during the period in which Oliver has worked with the firm in various capacities including his current Managing Director role. Oliver has the benefit of advice from a strong non-executive team. Oliver is a strong supporter of ICE.
Argenio Antao is an accomplished, passionate and highly motivated multi-disciplinary professional with over 30 years of extensive domestic and international experience, Having begun his career by taking leadership on projects and with his ability to find and implement solutions by thinking out-of-the- box, he has grown to take on greater challenges through developing innovative solutions and implementation strategies
As the Chief Operating Officer for Project Management Services, India, he has the overall responsibility for the technology, policies, systems and procedures in India. He also leads the Health and Safety as well as the Quality verticals across all projects.
His success in the workplace is a result of his strong passion and ability to lead and motivate the team to go beyond their perceived capabilities, through providing strategic vision and engaging them to always look at the bigger picture.
