I currently lead Colliers International’s Asia Occupier Consulting platform and Corporate Solution’s India account management hub.
I joined Colliers International India in 2008, as part of Colliers’ India ‘National Executive Team’ and was responsible for the consulting & valuation, research and business intelligence verticals. I have a multifaceted real estate experience of over 17 years that includes successfully concluding land, office and capital market transactions; hospitality operator search; undertaking consulting assignment for clients on their property decisions and authoring research papers. He has extensively worked on projects across South Asia.
Prior to joining Colliers, I led the Consultancy and Valuation service line for north India at Knight Frank between 2005-08. I was also a research assistant at the School of Urban Planning & Architecture at MIT, USA; and started my career as an architect with Christopher Charles Benninger Architects Pvt. Ltd. in Pune.
I holds dual post-graduate degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Cambridge, USA. I am a regular guest instructor at the Indian School of Business (ISB) Hyderabad since 2012. I am a member of the RICS South Asia Valuation Professional Group Board, and was part of the 3-member Colliers team that drafted “Guidance Notes for Localization of the RICS Red Book. A regular speaker at media and industry events, my opinions and thought pieces are regularly featured in print and mass media publications.

Sarah Moran is the Colliers360 lead for Australia, facilitating the delivery of our in-house technology platform to clients so that they may strategically and pro-actively plan for the future of their portfolios with data driven decision making. This is enabled through Colliers360 custom dashboard analytics which Sarah delivers to her clients.
Throughout her career at Colliers which began in 2012 on the Graduate Program, Sarah has gained experience in several areas of the business.
Having managed a large commercial property portfolio, Sarah gained in-depth knowledge and understanding of landlord and tenant needs, building strong skills in client relationship, financial analysis, and lease negotiation.
Moving into Workplace Management Services, Sarah then transitioned clients into agile based working, challenging traditional workplace models to increase productivity and employee experience. This role was pivoted into the Project Lead for a major office building refurbishment as Sarah was able to advise with the end user employee experience in mind to ensure a successful project.
Taking on the role of QBE Account Manager following this project, Sarah oversaw the strategic direction of her client’s approach to property, working with the wider Occupier Services team to identify sites, negotiate leases and provide advice on fit out and space management programs to allow them to maximise efficiencies and save on cost.

Justin is a corporate real estate professional, with international experience in Australian and Hong Kong real estate markets, specialising in tenant representation, real estate advisory and transaction management.
Justin has represented businesses with lease renewals, relocations, disposals, consolidations, negotiations, make good, lease surrender advice, buy side due dilligence and acquisitions. He has also advised clients on their corporate real estate strategies and is an Associate member of the Australian Property Institute (AAPI).

With more than 20 years tenant representation experiences in Beijing, Charles Yan has considerable experience of structuring flexible and cost-effective lease transactions for occupiers through his comprehensive understanding of occupancy strategies, negotiated complex transactions including relocations of commercial office, restructuring leases, lease renewals, expansion, subleases, surrendering, lease termination and office acquisition.

I have over 23 years' experience in the China real estate market, working in both developers, occupiers and brokerage sides. I have worked in Guangzhou, Shanghai, Beijng, Shenyang, Chengdu and Xi'an. He initially excelled as a commercial leasing broker (Top China performer in 2011) and since 2012, also as a manager. Fiona Ngan is the Head of Office Services and she has 26 years in this field and presently focuses on leading the Hong Kong and Kowloon Office team. Her strengths include project leasing and the provision of a board range of client services, particularly in Tenant Representations. She has extensive experience in business development, real estate strategic solutions and a range of consultancy services.
Chris joined in 2018 as the Head of Kowloon Office Services and currently is Head of Landlord Representation Services. Prior to joining Colliers, Chris was the Head of Leasing and Sales at the Hong Kong Cyberport (owned by HKSAR) overseeing all leasing matters on offices and retail space. Before that, Chris was a Director of commercial leasing with Jones Lang LaSalle.

With five years of experience in real estate industry, Yasas manages corporate portfolios across APAC and EMEA. He is currently the account manager for some of the worlds top technology and consulting firms. For these accounts Yasas is tasked with:

In Peush’s highly successful career, he has established himself as an expert with domestic and multinational owners, investors, and occupiers across asset classes and invested in significant relationships to drive exceptional results.

Abbishek is based in Gurugram and leads the Corporate Solutions hub in India. He has varied multi market experience in Commercial Real Estate, Portfolio Management, Flexible Workspace and Lease Administration. He specializes in building corporate strategies to deliver transfigure solutions for client.
Prior to joining Colliers, Abbishek was part of Brookfield where he was heading the Sales vertical of CoWrks in India. He undertook a successful Change Management assignment to integrate CoWrks within the Brookfield portfolio. He was also a core team member to list the Brookfield India assets in REIT. Previously, he had undertaken a senior role with CBRE also where was instrumental in setting up the Flexible Workspace vertical and leading it successfully.

He has expertise in planning, undertaking demand assessment studies and transactional services including marketing strategies based on technical real estate market analysis and has successfully managed leasing and sales assignments for leading corporations, including Nokia,Philips, Mitel, Mavenir Pega, Novartis, Amazon ,United Health Group, Oracle, Accenture, Cognizant Technology, HP, Tieto, Lenovo, NCR, NTT Data, Motorola, Ernst & Young to name a few.
Bagus Adikusumo is currently the Senior Director of Office Services Department. His main objective is to assist building owners exclusively to market their office buildings, whether strata or lease, to local or multi-national companies. He manages the office property representation team, who are responsible for leasing or selling office space for building owners in a timely manner.
At the same time, Bagus also manages office tenant representation team in order to assist corporate clients with their commercial real estate requirements.
Bagus has handled a variety of corporate accounts and received many recommendation letters from his corporate clients who are very satisfied with his professionalism. He has been in the real estate business since 1996 and consequently has been involved in many real estate transactions in other sectors besides commercial services. Additionally, he has worked on investment transactions involving land, and residential or mixed-use developments.
National Director | Office Leasing
Rob has over 28 years commercial property experience specialising in Office Leasing, Commercial Property, Financial Analysis and Valuation. He is the National Director of Commercial Leasing. In a prior role he was responsible for the National Property Management business. His current focus covers Office Leasing and Tenant Representation nationwide, particualrly in the Auckland CBD. Prior to working for Colliers, Rob held positions in Wellington and Auckland with a major international fund manager. His roles included work in property valuation, leasing, purchase and sales.
More than 5 years of experience in the Philippine CRE which specializes in office lease transactions and negotiations with different companies and landlords. Has experience in all angles of Office Leasing along with other areas in Retail and Industrial Leasing.
Daniel is a Senior Manager for Landlord Representation (LR) under the Office Services Team. He started in Colliers as part of the Tenant Representation team and transitioned to his role in LR – now marketing the different projects in the Colliers portfolio.
As a Senior Manager, Daniel is tasked to provide customized solutions to accelerate the success of our clients, and fully lease out assigned projects, office spaces, buildings in partnership with developers and owners.
Throughout the leasing process, clients will be able to benefit highly from his valuable insights and recommendations providing them the service excellence Colliers is known for.
Kevin joined Colliers Philippines in May 2014, bringing with him over 6 years of experience in the real estate industry. As part of the Research and Advisory Services team, he is responsible for providing the best real estate market knowledge and property solutions for any client requirement.
Prior to joining Colliers, Kevin has been involved in project planning and development roles for major residential developers in the Philippines such as Alveo Land, Robinsons Land and DMCI Homes.
Office Services- Tenant Representation
Patricia began her career in marketing as key accounts manager for a multi-line and multi account distributor and eventually assigned for trade activation for below the line marketing events. She later on was tapped to head the international partnership of a non-profit group in Taipei and spearheaded events with top firms, chambers and various gov’t. institutions.
Coming back to the Philippines she found herself in the realm of Real Estate and the rest was history. She has been in the industry for over a decade working on the various segments in the field. Effectively working with top firms in the industry servicing top fortune 500 firms.
She also pioneered one of the top serviced offices in the Philippines and grew the operations into several locations in less than 3 years with 80%-90% occupancy.
In 2021 she joined Colliers Philippines as Associate Director under the office services in which she leads her own team. Apart from this role, she heads the client engagement division and oversees various initiatives of their department.
Currently she is finishing her Master’s in Corporate Real Estate with Specialization in Workplace Solutions.
Vida joined Colliers Philippines in December 2014 as Client Engagement Coordinator. A highly organized and detail oriented with 11 years experience in a Customer-Service oriented industry, particularly complaints handling from people with diverse backgrounds.

Bastiaan is the Managing Director for Colliers in Singapore. His responsibilities include the strategic direction of the Singapore office, to lead the growth and diversification initiatives, ensure superior service delivery and develop market leading teams. He oversees all business lines including Capital Markets, Investment Sales, Occupier Services, Valuations & Advisory, Industrial Services, Hotel Advisory, Research, as well as Marketing & Communications and the Human Resources and Finance Teams.
Pertinent to this assignment Bastiaan was the Head of Occupier Services in Singapore and has led complex transaction projects for diverse global multinationals and investors throughout the entire Asia-Pacific region.

Magalie's role involves analysing existing Asia Pacific clients' portfolios to spot new opportunities and help local brokers to tap into the strong network of Colliers brokers to pursue these opportunities.
Magalie has a strong collaborative culture and regional outlook, which enables her to fully connect the Occupier Services teams at Colliers International within Asia Pacific and across the global platform. It creates added value for clients who now demand highly effective solutions spanning from country to country.
Prior to working at Colliers in Singapore, Magalie worked and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in London.
Suah is currently a Director of Colliers International Korea Office & Industrial Services team. Suah has 13+ years of commercial real estate market experience in Korea.
Having an extensive experience on both the tenant and landlord sides in Seoul market, she is well-versed in leases and local lease practices. Suah has an excellent negotiation skill of fine-tuning the two parties' difference of interests based on a solid understanding of both.
She provides clients with pertinent information on current market conditions and knows how to work effectively across internal and external project partners aiming the best interests of the client.
