Peter Dinning is the Chairman of Colliers International Vietnam. He has over 27 years of experience in the real estate field and has lived and worked in Vietnam since 1997. He is the longest serving Chartered Surveyor in South Vietnam and during many years of service, he has gained a varied and well-rounded background with experience dealing with all aspects of the real estate process from Property and Facilities management, Valuations, Fund management investment and development in particular running and operating over USD 1 billion of real estate assets across the country in every sector.
Peter has personally invested in real estate development projects in Vietnam gaining additional first-hand experience of the development process and all aspects of the planning and licencing procedures in a challenging and difficult environment.
David Jackson is the Chief Executive Officer of Colliers International in Vietnam.
David manages the operational aspects of the organization along with setting its strategic vision and goals. He also maintains a rich portfolio of major clients through his high level of service, attention to detail and multi-disciplinary consulting experience.
He has a broad and diverse level of expertise in managing business, capital markets, transactional management and valuations and advisory. With over eighteen years’ experience in Commercial Real Estate and Management Services, he advises a wide range of clients in an international, regional and local capacity.
Since arriving in Vietnam in 2008, David worked with a number of major occupier accounts and been a primary advisor to large scale organizations such as REE Corporation and Kumho Asiana as well as undertaken a variety of roles within Colliers International.
David has a Master’s Degree in Surveying and a further Degree in Applied Biological Sciences. He is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors; a LEED Green Associate; a Certified Member of the British Institute of Facilities Management and also a Fellow of the Institute of Continuing Professional Development.
David is a keen advocate for technology and sustainable building practices, as well as, diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
Prior to Vietnam David was the founding and operating partner of an award winning business in the Hospitality Sector in the UK.
I have been working in the APEC region for the last 15 years with the majority of time spent in Vietnam leading various organizations in the capacity of Country Head or Functional Leader in Business Development & Marketing. I started in Hong Kong and my early career days were spent in Canada.
I am equally experienced as a front-line service provider as well as an operation expert currently overseeing the day to day of our Vietnam operation and since 2017. Having worked and based in Canada, Hong Kong, China, Thailand and Vietnam while managing other regional offices in APEC, I have a solid international network and is being considered one of the leading experts in the Vietnam business market.
I am a regular speaker in the region on starting up in Vietnam and am an active member in the community through various chambers participating at the Board level.
Service Leaders
Nhung is an experienced hospitality operator who was enough to have worked overseas in her early career. She retuned to Vietnam in 2012 and later switched her focus to real estate in 2015 and with great success. She was first responsible for leasing and marketing on the client side and later work with Colliers representing both Landlords and Tenants with many successes.
Having accumulated a great network of developers and landlords, Nhung currently lead the Service Service Team of Colliers HCMC.
I am a hospitality operation professional with over a decade experience and am currently in-charge of industrial services for Vietnam nationwide. My clients include a lot of multinational companies with different business lines including e-commerce, apparel, pharmaceutical among other light and heavy industries.
- Trang Do is the retail manager at Colliers Vietnam, has providing professional services for clients in commercial and retail premises.
- As a senior retail professional, Trang has worked for top tier retail companies. She has excelled in offering excellent customer service and operating management skill for the NAC real estate, Vingroup, Van Thinh Phat, Aeon Citimart etc.
- Prior to joining Colliers Vietnam, Trang increased her professional business development experience as a Project Leader records in Site Business Development for PNJ: the leading jewelry manufacturer and retailer in Asia, with more than 360 retail stores nationwide. While working there, she exceeded the annual strategy, business goal for 4 consecutive years with a number of impressive achievements

Thien San is a Construction Engineer and certified Project Management Professional. He has been working in the facilities and construction management industries in commercial/industrial buildings, health and research centers as well as civil infrastructures. Thien San has great management experience with facilities operations & maintenance, Private-Public Partnerships (PPP) contract management and has completed numerous construction projects, fit-ups, building assets refurbishment and energy efficiency projects.
Nhu graduated from the University of Bedfordshire with a Bachelor Degree in Business Studies. She joined Colliers as an intern and was subsequently promoted to her current title of Senior Research Assistant. Nhu is an integral part of the team and she has been put in charge of the Vietnam Quarterly Knowledge Report recently while managing most client initial contacts.
