A. Once you fit and understand Colliers Culture, you need a spirit of enterprise and a full commitment to Colliers and your team.  You should have the willingness to your team to lead, share, and motivate knowledge and passion for succeed.  All that will end up in a growth of the team and your own success.

Q. How would you describe the culture at Colliers International?
A. As a way of living, where service, integrity, ethics, commitment, empathy and fun among others values are part of your everyday life and of course your work.

Q. Describe your typical day at Colliers International.
A. I usually start quite early in the morning,  I go through my emails and review “my every day notes” where I can follow up my clients, new prospects, team issues and measure myself.  I prefer short personal meeting every day with my  team because that helps to move faster for a response for our clients; during the morning I concentrate in our clients, new opportunities, meetings and business prospecting, after lunch I normally attend the administrative tasks, presentations and review “my every day notes”; for the next day.

Q. What gets you fired up about coming to work?
A. Every day’s  challenge; I define myself as a starter and I describe every day as a new opportunity to find someone or something good for all. My source of energy, my family.
