Tenant Representation for an A+ Office Space for their Call Center Operations in Bogotá.

An in-depth search and market analysis was performed by Colliers and support in selection and negotiation process. Proximity Analysis were also completed during the process.

Relocated to the Paralelo 108 Business Complex located , also located in the Calle 100 submarket.

THE RESULTS

The space for the Call Center Operations was selected and signed in the timing that was required by Oracle, beside the lack of supply available at that moment.

The process was completed in a total period of approximately 6 months.
